I usually weigh on Wednesday with my job but just purchased a digital scale and weighed this morning. I have lost 2 pounds since last week and 1.5 inches off my waist since January 2013. Total weight lost 9 pounds so far. I wasn't getting any results that last few weeks so I increased my calories and increased my water intake. Seems to be working. :happy:0

I also weigh in on Fridays! I lost 1.5 lbs this week but only recorded a 1lb loss because I have a feeling that 0.5lb isn't a regular loss. considering I ate SO much dark chocolate this week - I'm calling it a win!

i was doing well with maintenance, decide my bodyfat was too high, started eating at a deficit again.
Monday I was 133.4 (had maintained for 3 weeks)

So smart to weigh on Fridays! I will be joining the club and weighing on Fridays. This morning I weighed 235. I just completed my first week or really being with the program. Last weekend I weighed 240 so I'm very happy with this! Can't wait to track my progress.0

I weigh on Friday morning, right after I wake up. I lost about half a pound this week0

I also weigh every Friday morning! I usually lose about 1 lb a week, but this week Aunt Flow came this morn, so TOM bloat is hiding any weight loss. :grumble: at least there is no gain, so I'm content to just wait and hope a weight loss for next Friday :ohwell:0

Alot of you are talking about losing .5 lbs, I think I'm gonna have to get me a different scale. Mine is digital but doesn't show 1/2 lbs. Also, I weighed again today in two different spots in the house (both on large tile floors) and it was about two lbs different, what the heck? :huh: Anybody have any reccomendations on a good scale that don't cost like $1000? LOL:laugh:0

When I started mfp 2 weeks ago I was weighing myself everyday and this started to drive me a little crazy! My friend recommended weighing myself only once a week and Friday seems like a good day. I am going to try and post my results to help hold me accountable!0

yet I've not went over macros and had loads of exercise - I seem stuck on 141lbs now - know the last 7lbs are meant to be hard to shift but I've been this weight since Christmas

Up 1.5 lbs this week.
Trying not to get too discouraged as I started the 30 Day Shred in this past week (finished day 8 yesterday night). I know the scale might not be my best reflector of progress right now, trying to stay positive, but it is tough not to get a little bummed out.
I did take "before" pictures and measurements before starting. It's probably a little too early to update the pictures and measurements (I was thinking around day 15), so I will just have to look forward to that. I do feel stronger and a bit fitter though (first "real" push-ups yesterday!). I guess I will just have to focus on that for now.0 -
I am anxious to join this "weigh-in on Friday club". I will report my loss next week. It will be helpful for me to be accountable to this site!0

I didn't report last week as I was taking a logging break, and I knew I was up. I went back up to 135 last week, but now I'm down to 130.4! Woo hoo!0

Down 2 here, which is shocking since I worked out 1.5 times this week, really feeling rundown so I just did my best to focus on nutrition. Total loss over the last 8 weeks is 24lbs, whee!
