Since I am better friends with the tape measure than the scales I'd say 5 inches from my waist and 3 from my hips.0

Won't know till I get there to be honest. I have my ticker set to lose 125 lbs (48.2 to go) but depends what I look like as I'm getting to that number. If I lose the 125, I'd be on the high side of my target range in a "healthy" BMI. Only time will tell.0

Right now 8 but subject to change when I get there. I have not unrealistically set my goal for another 18 lbs because I have been struggling to get there for 4 years. I have only been maintaining. Hurricane Sandy put a damper on my weight issues by putting 8 more lbs on my body because I had no control over my eating environment at home with no electricity and cooking facilities so I had to resort to eating out much of the time, and not doing that well at it.
I will certainly be happy if i am able to lose the 8 lbs...but I will be ecstatic if I lose more.0 -

56.6 pounds to go! 33.4 already lost. I have my goal date for December 3rd... but If I continue to lose as I have been, I'll hit it sometime in October!0

5lbs to my mini goal (by April 30), 15lbs to my ultimate goal (by June 30). I plan to get there with a lot of walking ... just as soon as winter decides to leave the mid-Atlantic US!!!0

Please don't feel bad...we are all in different places in our journey and started at different places as well...Every achievement is an ACHIEVEMENT...you didn't get to your starting or current weight overnight and you won't get to your goal weight overnight...embrace the journey and celebrate every ounce you get rid of because it will never come back and you are getting closer to the goal
I have 83 more pounds to go and that number seems high BUT then I rembers that the current weight I am at now I haven't seen in 20 years so I am going to celebrate no matter what...I feel better, I sleep better, I enjoy sex better, I am active, I am getting sexier in my clothes, I can say no to certain things, I am encouraging others...
Do I have bad days? YES...but I don't get stuck in them....I move on with forgiveness because it is not going to be easy BUT it is going to be worth it!

I reached my goal weight/BF% about a month ago and have just started a bulk myself to increase my muscle mass and to increase my strength gains. Good luck with yours :flowerforyou:0 -
