    Many would argue that the scale is ultimately no one's friend.

    If you have a high LBM, BMI is not useful at all. You should base it off your BF% imo (and the mirror and how your clothes fit). The BMI was developed for populations and therefore uses averages. The average person does not have significant LBM and so someone that does will not fit into the parameters. I am overweight according to the BMI but have a sub 20% BF%.

    12lbs to go until I get where I want to be.
    I'm 182lbs right now down from 260lbs.
    (78lbs lost in 6 months).
    I did the math and if I got down to 170lbs (5ft 8inches) I'll have 7% body fat putting me in the six pack range.

    I would think 30-40 but it all depends on how much I weigh when I finally look the way I intend to.

    I'm hoping it'll be only about 10-15 lbs. I just want to be able to fit into size 8 pants/jeans and not jiggle when I run, lol.

    Less than 3 pounds but I set that goal when I was under the delusion that I was taller than I really am. I'm pretty sure I'm going to drop it to 115 and then work on putting muscle on in place of the lost (hopefully never to be found again!) fat.

    At least another 10 for my first goal and another 10 after that for my 180 goal. After tthat, we'll see.

    I don't "need" to lose anymore weight as I am within healthy range (BMI 19.6) but being a pear I still have more stubborn fat to lose in thigh/hip area so maybe 5 more lbs?

    About 7Ibs to be back to where I was comfortable last year.
    Not overweight, or even close, but I am most comfortable around 131-133.

    I want to lose 30 lbs by my 39th bday that is aug 28 I know I can do it than after that I got 40 more lbs to lose by dec 31 than I be at my goal

    According to the charts, I'm still about 10 lbs heavier than I should be but I'm not going to try to lose any more weight. My face was getting to the point where I was looking sick.

    Now 25 as of this morning!! Yeah!
    26 by my scale, 36.8 by any medical scale I've been on in the last 3 months. I'm going with my scale cause even by the doctor's scale, I will be middle of healthy BMI range when I get there which is all I really want, regardless of what I look like.
