Stage 1 workout B from new rules of lifting for women. And some warm up on the elliptical0

I went to Spin class for the first time (45 minutes) and went for a fast walk (30 minutes)0

17 mile round trip bike ride to and from work, then 10 pullups (little contest with my husband). Well, we'll see if I can do 10. Probably not in a row!0

20 Lunge and press w/15's
15 jumping jack push ups(they are as brutal as they sound)
20 goblet squats w/30 lbs
20 laying Y raise

Monday - Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk - 1 mile treadmill
Today - TurboJam 35 min - 10 min elliptical - 5 min jog - 2 min walk - 5 min stretch0 -
I did 45 mins on my exercise bike at home, was tough! My legs ache now but no pain no gain!!0

Wii Zumba Fitness 2 High Intensity for 40 Minutes every morning at 6am followed by a few reps of sit ups,squats etc to tone the muscles and then a 5pm when home from work a 30 minute walk with my dog longer if weathers nice or its the weekend.
A few extras may be added in occasionally if i have the time however this is my main routine im trying to stick to0 -
Yoga Meltdown DVD. Favorite workout by far0

65-70 minutes of cardio for 1,100 calories or so.
Today will likely be higher since today's instructor is awesome!! What a difference the instructor (and the music) make!!0 -

Sunday - Zumba class. Waaaay more fun than the game! Going again this Sunday.
Monday - Hula hoop
Tuesday - NROLFW Stage 5, A4. One more left in this stage!

I kind of just started back. I did 2 weeks of Insanity and went of vacation and lost motivation. But yesterday was 20 minutes jogging, 10 minutes of boxing, and 25 pushups. Today will be 30 minutes of walking my dog (if its not raining!), 10 minutes of jogging, and then curls with a 10lb weight. if its raining I'll probably just be on the elliptical while my dog stares at me longingly haha0

Yesterday was my usual mini office workouts (some kettlebell stuff, 100 crunches, a few yoga stretches), 30 min bike ride, 35 min mowing the lawn.
Today will be mini office workouts (so far, 100 squats and yoga) and I'm planning Turbo Fire for this evening.0 -

I'm curious about Combat now! Last night I did 24 minutes of hula hooping. I just didn't have the energy for NROLFW, so I did it this morning. Stage 6, B1. I had a hard time completing the push press with 25 lb db's. Did 7 of 10 reps both sets.0
