    Just biked home from work (though I took the train there) - new record for that route, 23.5 kph over 20 km, first time under 50 minutes!

    I've also already got over 10,000 steps on my pedometer today, and am about to walk to get the pizza. Mmmmm, pizza.

    I was supposed to do the last day of Stage 7 Round 2, but it'll be after 11 when I get home from work tonight, so it'll have to wait til tomorrow. I'm goin' to bed!

    Last night I did the final workout of stage 7 round 2 of NROLFW! YAY!!! Now I'm either going to use the Nike Fit Club app, or AllPro dumbbell routine. I also have a couple of dvd's I want to do, too (Kelly, you know what I'm talkin' about). Too many choices!

    I used the Nike Training Club app last night. I'm not sure I'm going to stick with it, because it's timed, and I have low blood pressure, so I can't just pop up off the floor from going from one exercise to the next. I'm going to give it the week, and then reassess. Tonight I'll either do a cardio workout from the app, or Zumba. Not sure what I'm in the mood for yet.

    Still have an 8 minute ab routine to do when I get home tonight.

    Today is 35 mins on the elliptical and an hour with my pilates trainer (private session).

    ZUMBA, but now I do a combination of Zumba, Tabata, Core and More, Spinning, Running and Weight Lifting. I gradually adding the different classes to my routine as I moved along in my journey. Each addition helped shape my body. I still have a ways to go but moving along. :)

    5 am at the gym for
    5x5 Dead lift
    3x8 Barbell Row
    3x10 Shruggs

    5x5 Flat Bench
    3x8 Incline Dumbbell
    3x12 Decline Hammer Press

    and an 9 minutes at a 7.5mph pace, and then walk for a minute.

    11:30
    another 8 minutes Mile, half a mile walk

    30 Minutes of Abs.

    Butt Bible Lower Body Workout

    I want to do this again, but I need something more stable to step up on for the 3rd level. I don't know how much more abuse my chair can take!

    Last night I did W1D3 of the All Pro routine. I was putting it off all day because of a migraine, but I finally did it because it was getting late. Ended up knocking my migraine out! Tonight is cardio and abs. Maybe Zumba, not sure yet.

    Going to my first spin class tonight at the gym. Also did 20 minutes of HIIT this morning before work. I expect to be completely exhausted and beyond sweaty when I'm done tonight. It will feel awesome!

    gym session, 20 mins on stepper, 20 mins on treadmill, 30 mins on bike and 45 mins strength training legs n arms day oh and 200 sit ups :)

    An hour and a half on the horse this morning, followed by an hour and a half doing longsword training in the evening. I'll become a knight yet!
