    Good luck at your competition. It's amazing what a difference a 60 pound loss can make. Do you know what your body fat % loss is? I bet that is an even more significant loss. You look amazing. My biggest excuse for not dedicating more time to exercise is lack of energy. I have two little ones myself, a full time job, but thankfully I am still married. How did you overcome this obstacle and have enough energy to accomplish all you did?

    You're the first woman on here I've seen whose stomach actually looks nice after holding so much weight there. You've given me hope that my stomach won't look like a disgusting pile of skin once this is all said and done.
