    Some good ideas in here for lunches.

    I'm not trying to knock you for eating healthy, but with a 505 calorie meal, I would eat something more filling. Ex. 6 oz hamburger with 12 ore-ida baked fries, ketchup and Sara Lee 45% honey wheat bread. I try to make the most of my calories and the tuna and chips are very filling.

    I can't believe its not Butter Spray

    Salad with romaine lettuce, fresh strawberries and oranges, shredded chicken, and balsamic olive oil dressing.

    Dinner was going to be smoked chicken and some sea kelp noodles. I had in mind to have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow but one bite of those noodles made me scream out "What in the almighty f**k is that s**t?" Blech. I was forced to eat a chocolate chip cookie just to get the taste out of my mouth.
