30 Day Shred starting August 1, 2010

I want to start this coming Monday on this. I wanted to get my measurements taken before I started so I can really see the difference it makes in me.. I am so excited to see how this works for me.. and I just thought I will do this in addition to what I am already doing for the week for excersise...Anyone want to joing and get motivated together??? I guess we can check in every day or every week.. I think its fun to read what everyone is experiencing every day and what we are all doing.. Join me if your ready to get serious!!:noway:

  • Awesome!! So glad I found your post. I am getting ready to get back into the 30DS and I figured Monday was as good a day as any too! I'd be glad to join you!! And definitely need to take measurements before to track my progress. I've only put weight in to MFP so far but I'd like to track it all!!

    I've started doing this DVD 3 times now, and just haven't had the motivation to keep going so maybe this will help! I'm in!
  • me too with just inputting weight.. I want to know of inches lost thats almost just as good as pounds.. right?

    I have the DVD and started this week. I'd LOVE to join b/c I've only done it once! It put a hurting on me so bad that I haven't been able to walk in two days. LOL. What I'm saying is it works!!!

  • It's the first and I'm going to be completely honest and say I'm sick as a dog and won't be doing it today.     I'm in. I don't weigh myself until the end of August (specific to the diet plan I am following) but I will do my measurements and start too. Are we starting with the first level?

  • I totally forgot the first was a Sunday, and I don't excersise on Sundays so I will start tomorrow.. You can start today or tomorrow.. my bad with not figuring it out in the first place..   • I did my shred today, and it wasn't really as bad as I thought.. but we will see how I feel tomorrow! LOL.. the only thing that got me down is that I wasn't able to do another workout on top of it as well.. (my daughter starts swimming lessons today and I had to make sure I had enough time to at least get a work out in.. ) tomorrow may be different... ! The only thing I found really hard was the continuous like no stopping.. its hard to keep it up.. LOL.. lets keep going!
