Did I reach personal goal? NO!!
What did I do that I am proud of? Conquered my fear of going to the dentist & went!
What would I have done differently? Not given in to myself and had the Turtle Caramel Nut Shake from Steak and Shake.
What are tomorrow's personal goals? Make wise choices! Any exercise at all will be a huge bonus.

Mon - 25 min. Turbo Jam DVD, push-ups, dips, back exercises (including crunches & planks)

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Exercised if only for 10 minutes. It was late and I was tired but did it anyway. Wasn't going to bed being in the red for calories.
What would I have done differently? Out for lunch and should have used fat free dressing even if not my 1st choice and not had thad any una salad with my salad. couple of bad choices! Drank more water!
What is today's personal goals? Stay within all nutritional goals - drink more water.

My ticker went up instead of down on my official weigh in day :sad: I know I went over on my fat macro last week, ate back too many exercise calories and it also might be water from stress that is causing muscle tightness. I will watch my fat macro, be less liberal with the exercise calories, and hit my husband up for some neck massages :drinker:

What is today's personal goals? not to go completely crazy at dinner tonight. I have a date at this really fancy restaurant with reservations, wine/dinner/desert...hoping not to get too bad.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes except for my new LOWER sodium goal. Doc says I need to reduce sodium so lowered that goal to be assured I don't take advantage of all the extra.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? nope. not enough water and I'm going to quit beating myself up about it and just try to keep adding a little at a time.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? After I ate more calories at lunch then I had planned, I adjusted what I had planned for dinner and compensated. I woudn't have done that pre-MFP

What a great idea! I have been on here 145+ days and often look at the messages but never saw this before.... :]
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, fairly. I probably need to set some nutritional goals LOL
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Food wise? I did well really considering we went to Olive Garden for our anniversary! Otherwise I did do a lot of cleaning I was planning to do!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Only ate a quarter of my Olive Garden meal and gave the rest to the kids.
What would I have done differently? Not sure - really didn't have time to do anything differently. Now that I have found my Wii remote (which was under the bed) I want to make a new goal of doing the Wii at least 2-3 times a week.
What are today's personal goals? . Have already gone to work and fed dinner to myself and my son and did all right with that - would like to go work in my room again for a while cleaning it out.
A spring goal weight was kind of set in January when I started this, to lose 10 pounds. I actually reached it by March even though I was only supposed to lose a half a pound a week per my calorie entry into MFP. Went from 191 - 181.
GW at the end of the Summer 2013 check in? 160. I was 178 last weekend but for some reason have been 180 again.
Sun - went swimming with family for 90 minutes (could explain the 2 pound gain - muscles screaming for two days! )
Mon - can't recall -- took daughter to drs. appt and think I worked cleaning my bedroom a little bit every night this week...
Tues - my dentist appt., cleaned room.
Wed - my work meeting, cleaned room.
Thurs - cleaned room.
Fri - worked one hour cleaning at my job for the senior ladies. plan to still clean in my room.
Sat - probably walk somewhere with my boys.
All school year I walk but now that it's summer I have trouble getting outside to walk (HATE the heat) . Happy I found the Wii so I can have some more solid plans now.0 -
