    Wed - 22 minutes walking, 16 minutes stationary bike

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes - determined I shouldn't eat Subway unless I plan to not have any other high sodium foods! lol
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat any bread or desserts on a buffet.
    What would I have done differently? Not drank a barcardi razz AFTER I had done exercise for the day to get me back under in calories so I went over after all.
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within all nutrition goals. Last day before monday morning weigh in so last chance!

    Mon - 25 min. Turbo Jam DVD, push-ups, dips, back exercises (including crunches & planks)
    Tues - walked about 20 min.
    Wed - nope
    Thurs. 20 min .Turbo Jam DVD, push ups & walked 10 min.
    Fri. 40 lunges & 40 dips
    Saturday - 10 min. walk, push-ups

  • I have not been out walking for two days starting again today
    stuck to my cals all week did not eat the right amount of fruit and veg
    at all ate some I will try this week to do better and drinking water is hard for me so
    again will try to do better this week lol:embarassed:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No. I knew better than to fry that fish!
    What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? Exercised.
    What would I have done differently? Baked, or grilled, the fish instead of breading and frying. We don't do fish so I was afraid we wouldn't like it!
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within all nutrition goals.Weigh in and lose my weekly goal of 2 lbs

    I'm with you chemburly........have trouble with my sodium intake also! I've reduced my goal down to 1750 instead of 2500 because I'm supposed to be on low sodium diet for my blood pressure and I'm struggling with that. :ohwell: We'll get there though won't we!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? woohoo! 2 lbs lost! Over on sodium dangit! Note to self - no kind of processed meat!
    What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? Exercised even though home late and tired!.
    What would I have done differently? Not eaten fast food.
    What is today's personal goals? Get to have a little homemade Wendy's frosty tonight and still stay within goals!

    Completing tonight instead of tomorrow. Have to leave EARLY in the am!

    Did you meet yesterdays personal goals? YES! I got to have "ice cream". tonight and still stayed under in everything.
    What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? Did eliptical early so I made sure I got it in and stayed within ALL my nutritional goals!
    What would I have done differently? Done another 12 minutes of eliptical but I'm going to bed.
    What is today's personal goals? Volunteering at the hospital tomorrow morning so going to take the stairs instead of the elevator when I can.

    What are today's personal goals? Stay on track for calories and exercise (done). Go see fireworks with a three year old way after his bed time. Question my own sanity.

    Happy Fourth of July everyone! My hubby is planning a healthy grilling session, but keeps on hinting on making just a little fried chicken, lol. I hope you have a great day!

    Much to my surprise I lost 1lb while on vacation. Probably all the walking and I think the motion sickness got the best of me :sick: I'm glad to be back home :bigsmile:

    What would I have done differently? Ran all day so hurried and didn't plan well and ate bad quick choices!
