I've been struggling all year with my weight.. My new years resolution was to get to a healthy weight, I refuse to start my sixties (yikes!! January of 2014) being "overweight" I've going up and down with my weight for six months, it's time to get serious..maybe this wll help me.

Yay!!! That's 3.8 lbs down so far
My goal for the end of July is 167.0 and then into the 150's by the end of August!
I plan to keep up my weight loss once school starts in September too!0 -

Total weight lost: 12 pounds
I actually worked out a lot last week and am planning to keep it up. I ran 8 miles and burned 1,836 calories running. I also did a Jillian dvd last week. I know the muscle thing happens, but I'm still bummed that my weightloss hasn't been super successful--I eat pretty well too. I can see subtle changes in my body, but it'd just be nice to lose at least a pound! lol0 -

I am starting to use this site again, since I recently gained back 10 of my lost pounds!
I stopped tracking my food...
Started, esp. the last couple of weeks acting as if food didn't have calories....
Well, the results of that undertaking have not been good.
So, I'm back to do what I know works.
