Just for fun: I love to Juice and my fave juice is... 2 celery stalk, 4 carrots, 1/2 cucmber, cilantro, 1/4 red bell pepper, 3 cups spinach... yeah I know it looks super brown but so yummy. Sometimes I put 1/2 apple in it if I want a little sweetness in it.0 -

I have fluctuated for months and months on end. my lowest weight on my weight loss journey was 135 pounds and I hope to get there at the end of the summer. Anyway,my most recent starting weight was 152 (I let myself go for a while).

Introduced my 31 year old, 6'6" son to the programme at the beginning of May and he has lost 18 lbs. My DH jumped on the bandwagon last week and has lost 2.8 lbs.
The Charity shops are thriving on our pre-cherished clothes!!!0 -

AHHHHHH!!!!! I'm so excited about the weigh in!!! I had weighed myself Wednesday morning before leaving for camp and got those numbers. I was a little frightened to step on the scales today as for the last four days I've had no way to work out or watch what I eat. (Hard to at camp when other people are cooking for you!) However, I guess the serving amounts were little enough, the food good enough, and the fresh air and activities were enough exercise that I didn't even gain an ounce while I was away! YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
