AHHHHHH!!!!! I'm so excited about the weigh in!!! I had weighed myself Wednesday morning before leaving for camp and got those numbers. I was a little frightened to step on the scales today as for the last four days I've had no way to work out or watch what I eat. (Hard to at camp when other people are cooking for you!) However, I guess the serving amounts were little enough, the food good enough, and the fresh air and activities were enough exercise that I didn't even gain an ounce while I was away! YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -

I stared doing the Blogilates Beginner's Calendar on the 6th. My sore muscles were retaining 2-3 pounds of water, so I was worried that I wan't going to lose this week. Fortunately, my bloating started to dissipate yesterday. I'm also feeling a lot stronger than I did just one week ago.0 -
