I stared doing the Blogilates Beginner's Calendar on the 6th. My sore muscles were retaining 2-3 pounds of water, so I was worried that I wan't going to lose this week. Fortunately, my bloating started to dissipate yesterday. I'm also feeling a lot stronger than I did just one week ago.0 -

been exercising 5 days a week...4 days a week elliptical 35-40 mins a time, and hockey once a week! I've also been following my calorie intake closely on my fitness pal. I have cut back on unnecessary desserts and fast food, like dairy queen or a bagel at Tims. I still eat chocolate and carbs no problem, just portion it better. Been eating 2-3 pieces of fruit which is new for me.0 -
