    Breakfast: porridge oats, tsp sugar and 15 mls of semi-skimmed mild OR honey nut flakes with a cholesterol reducing yogurt drink

    Introduced my 31 year old, 6'6" son to the programme at the beginning of May and he has lost 23.2 lbs.
    My DH jumped on the bandwagon 6th July and has lost 6 lbs.

    I'm going to do Saturday weigh ins like I did in June.
