Introduced my 31 year old, 6'6" son to the programme at the beginning of May and he has lost 23.2 lbs.
My DH jumped on the bandwagon 6th July and has lost 6 lbs.

I stared doing the Blogilates Beginner's Calendar on the 6th, and my weight loss has continued to stall because of my muscles holding on to water weight. It's frustrating to be working hard but not losing any weight or inches, when the only thing I've changed about my life is adding pilates. Unfortunately, it will probably be a while until I shed these pounds. But like last week, I'm feeling stronger and more energized.0 -
Not pleased with my loss this week, considering how hard I worked. I have one more weigh-in and need to lose exactly 2lbs to goal. Even if I fall short I will be proud of how hard I'm working, but I kinda really hope I get to that goal!
