I am tring to follow 1200 calorie diet. At the end of the dayI have not consumed enough calories. So I have now added snacks.Looking at my totals today i have alot of calories left for supper but looks like it's mostly carbs I need to have Help!! ::explode:0

Please add me! (without sounding too desperate!) Over 50lbs to lose and tomorrow is the end of week 1 for me. I've tried hundreds of diets over the years and always get really excited to start with and then lose motivation as the weeks go on.

Hi! I've lost 19lbs over the last 3 years. I have 56 left to lose with no time limit. I'm going through kind of a stressful time right now (I move in 11 days!) but plan to get right back on track after that. My diary is always open!
I could really use some supportive friends on my list if anyone shares stats/goals with me I need someone to keep me motivated!

Sorry - it's Instagram. I post daily pictures of my work outs, sometimes my meals, inspirational quotes and I get A LOT of motivation from there too, like TONS, it's awesome. I have also found some great recipes and advise from others who are on the same journey.0

I lost 160 pounds but fell off the wagon and gained back 50!! I've been beating myself up but now it's time to actually do something about it!! My first goal is to re-lose that 50 pounds, then reassess for a healthier weight.
