i've got 13, going on 14... or some big pieces, depending how you look at it.

I love them.. as long as they're not on the face area. I think it gives you character, and makes you unique. Although, I do have 1 or 2 I wish I didn't get, but they signify a time in my life where they meant something... and now I can just cover them up with something else :)

I'm 45 and I got a tattoo when I was 18. I feel sorry for the way its got so fashionable everyone seems to think they almost have to have one.
I now look at the types that tattoo people and think what arrogant so and so's to want to put something permanent on somebody else's body. Some studios even do tattoo removal as well, very encouraging.

Its more painful getting them lasered off than getting them on. really you can live without a tattoo. Tattoos look great when you're young and sexy and hot, not so good when you're old and the tribal thing you got in the '90's is so , well, '90s. (insert decade as appropriate).

eh. so i'll look, like a smurf when i'm old. I'll be old and won't care. The best years of my life will be when my tattoos still looked good.

It's just ink. Yes it's permanent, which is why you need to choose wisely, but I think every tattoo tells a story. Even if it's stupid.

I have a friend who has them all over her body in A LOT of really noticeable places and she is constantly complaining that she can't find a descent job. I am all for them. I actually want one but it's going to hurt. LOL

this is so ridiculous.... i hate when I hear that people can't find jobs because of their tattoos.

I'm covered in them... and I have a government job. The only time I'm asked to cover them is when I have to go to court.

I have a very small paw print on my ankle. I was a vet tech pre kids. Husband wanted to divorce me over it. No lie! My FIL is a very rich and judgmental man. He actually put in his will that my kids are to be inspected by a doctor upon his death and if there is ANY ink on either of them, they won't receive a dime of his money. Yep. It's actually in writing and I've seen it.

I'm just hoping if my kids get any when they get older they wait until he dies and then use his money to get them!

I have a small dragonfly on my foot. My husband has a beautiful wolf with tribal tattoo on his left arm - his is absolutely beautiful and lifelike.

I want to get a second small tattoo- just don't know what or where yet.

I like good tattoos, but I don't have any! Not something I'd spend my spare cash on!

click the IMG one. should look like this.

    Dragon_Mermaid_Rib_Tattoo_by_Samoubica-1_zpsc4fafe9c.jpg

    delete this part

    Change both IMG to img

    and delete

There's nothing I can think of that I love right now that I'm 100% sure I'll love when I'm 60, so for that reason I'll probably never get a tattoo, and I don't really want one anyway, so it's no biggie. That being said, I don't mind if other people have them, just not my thing.

LOVE tattoos I think tattooed men are incredibly sexy (as long as they're good tattoos) I have three a cross on my back, a prayer on my shoulder, and a heart on my wrist...
  • Very sexy on a significant other. Only have one myself but for lack of funds not desire! Going to get another before too long.

  • I find them attractive. I have one myself which I got out of whim. I knew what I wanted I just didn't have time to pick a good design. It was only after getting it when I started to research more. Haha! I might decided to have it covered up someday, or maybe not.

I like tattoos, but some people really should proof read their tattoos before agreeing that it looks fine.

    I have two.

The first I drew a picture and pinned it on my mirror for 6 months before getting it. It was a sunlike design. When I went to the tattoo shop I found something almost the same but different colours which I liked better (blues rather than reds and oranges). If I could go back, I'd have them do it about 2 inches lower, so that it doesn't peek out of shirts when I'm at work (English teacher in Japan). The only thing I hate is when a guy touches it and askes if it's an "on button". I look at them with my most serious look and say, "No, it's an off button".

The second is a tattoo of a wood carving I bought in Cuba. I knew I'd be moving around and couldn't always have the statue with me, but I could have the tattoo. It reminds me of the beauty of the female form.

After looking at these pics I'm thinking I might need to save up for a touch up on my sun. But it is a real close up, it's actually only about the size of a loonie.

I love my tattoos and my boyfriend has them too. I think they're a personal choice. Having tattoos means I have to be very covered up for my teaching job in Japan. Sucks on hot days like this.
