  • Hi there, I've just started about a month ago, and I want to lose about 25 kg (55 lbs). I've already lost 4 kg (9 lbs) so I need a little less than 50 pounds to lose, but still. I could use some supportive people ^^

    Add me! I lost ~40 lbs in 1.5 years and am struggling to lost that last 10. I keep bouncing between 35-40lbs lost. Gotta get my butt in gear!

    Hi- I'm not on as much as I should- I do find when I read post, messages, etc., I do better keeping my eating more under control.

    I have around 50lbs to lose to be the weight I want to be will never be the weight the charts say I should weigh due to muscle mass and bone structure. Ive lost a few pounds in the last few months since getting off birth control it always seems to make me gain weight I couldn't loss no matter how hard I tried. Just got a bodymedia for my birthday so hopefully that will help as it tracks the calories I burn so iam not over estimating as Ive noticed already that mfp had me burning about 300 more calories than I do at zumba. Feel free to add me as we can all use additional support.

  • Hi, all. I just joined. I'm down 9 pounds but starting my records today from this point. I have over 100 to lose, it's time I get it right. Since I'm new here I'm not sure how often I will be here but wanted to say, "hi". One day I'll find the thread on how to make a ticker (I checked the box for attaching one but haven't made one yet).

    I'm still 63 calories under my 1200 for today, I'll most likely be 63 over tomorrow.
