Hi there, I've just started about a month ago, and I want to lose about 25 kg (55 lbs). I've already lost 4 kg (9 lbs) so I need a little less than 50 pounds to lose, but still. I could use some supportive people ^^0

I have around 50lbs to lose to be the weight I want to be will never be the weight the charts say I should weigh due to muscle mass and bone structure. Ive lost a few pounds in the last few months since getting off birth control it always seems to make me gain weight I couldn't loss no matter how hard I tried. Just got a bodymedia for my birthday so hopefully that will help as it tracks the calories I burn so iam not over estimating as Ive noticed already that mfp had me burning about 300 more calories than I do at zumba. Feel free to add me as we can all use additional support.
