Personal goal: I have just started on MFP so my goal is to remember to log everything in and stick with it! I am notoriously bad at making sure I am hydrated. I don't drink anything bad, I simply don't drink! So my goal is to carry my water bottle around with me and fill it at least twice a day. This is probably harder for me than cutting out certain foods.0 -

Personal Goal: Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day.
I chose this as my goal because I'm a yo-yo water drinker, lol. I tend to do really well and drink plenty of water 5-6 days at a time, then slack for 2-3. Every time I slack, I feel yucky (sluggish, joint and muscle pain, etc.) and I'm tired of the yo-yo.0 -
