Personal Challenge: 30 day pushup challenge, be able to jog for 5 minutes straight without keeling over
I've logged in for 41 days straight and lost 20+ pounds in that time. I just want to keep challenging my body and my mind0 -

Personal challenge is to stick to my clean diet (limiting sugar) and get moving everyday (at least 6 days a week). I'm trying to hop on the elliptical at my house for 40 minutes every morning before my crazy busy days begin.

Challenge: Remember to log in my weekly weight to this forum and to continue on another September challenge I signed up for.
I lost 40lbs last year May-Nov and have gained 20lbs back............I am most successful when I spend a lot of time thinking, planning, & researching healthy meals and behaviors, and being held accountable in some form. Been back on track since 8/29 and have lost 3lbs so far. I try to spend at least 30 minutes a day being active- seems to be walking the neighborhood with the hubby so far since my bike has a flat tire. I just realized though that I can log cleaning and meal prep/cooking calories! Which I do a lot of since I have 3 kids. Ultimately, I would like to lose 40lbs by the end of the year and at least get down to 160lbs.... be happier with 145lbs though :-)0 -
I'd like to join in also, this sounds like the motivation I need to get back on track.

My personal self challenge will be to get back into exercise. I started a new job in July and it is various kinds of shifts and I'm finding it difficult to do things because I'm always soooo tired...I want to make it part of my routine, no matter WHAT TIME I work, to do SOMETHING physical, even if it is just a walk around the neighborhood.0 -

My goal for Sept is to be down to 250 by my Dads bday Sept 28. All he ever wanted is for me to be healthy and even though he is not here to cheer me on I know he is from up there. I want to give him the best bday gift ever.
My other goal is to work towards doing more running than walking during my 5km walks and I am doing my first ever 5km marathon Sept 14th. Color Me Rad Saskatoon!0 -
My first weigh in of September was today. I'm 148.25 so I've got 5.75 lbs to go! I'm actually really pleased I ost this week as I ate loads on Saturday night due to my wedding anniversary (now divorced so not my fav. day!) I'm away this weekend so will try to make healthy choices, plan to blitz it this week before I go! On day 6 of the squat challenge today and day 3 of my X trainer challenge! Keep up the good work folks xx0

personal goal: to keep up with my fitness regime (gym 5 x a week and walk/ cycle wherever I can) when I start my new job next week which might be quite stressful...and would normally lead to nights on the sofa instead of the treadmill.
