Today I have clocked up 90 minutes of exercise - 70 minutes circuit training and 20 minutes on the exercise bike.

Hi all,
I'd like to join too. I will commit to burning 2500 calories this week. I have 10 lbs to lose and hoping to lose at least half this October. I will alternate between Zumba, elliptical, stairclimber, and walking/jogging outdoors.
Monday (9/27): Zumba 60 minutes, 300 calories; Stairclimber Machine 30 minutes 200 calories
Tuesday (9/28): 5 miles 90 minutes, 450 calories

Total for the week: 164 minutes / 6.09 miles

I just wanted to announce to everyone I AM 10 LBS AWAY FROM MY GOAL!!!!!!! Yesterday at my weigh-in I weighed at 145.6 lbs. My goal weight is 135 lbs! 10 lbs to go! I'm so thrilled!

I'd like to join! I've never joined a group or challenge before, and I really need to get back on track. I've just been really inconsistent with my exercise over the past few weeks.
Since I don't have an HRM, I'll go for the 360 minutes/week.
Monday, 9/27: Walking 10, jogging 15, Jillian Michaels NMTZ 45 = 70 min
Tuesday, 9/28: Hubby sick, no exercise--taking care of him all day
Wednesday, 9/29: I plan to walk 30 minutes at lunch, and then either walk/jog intervals for 30 minutes this evening or do one of the 30DS workouts. That should equal 50-60 min. for the day. I'll check in later with what actually happens.0 -

I just found this thread and would love to join. My goal will be 360 minutes a week, but it will be hard this week. But, I'll see what I can do.

Hi! I'm starting over today, 10/1/10, and I'd like to participate in this challenge. During the month of October, my goal is to exercise 26 days for 1 hour each day (minumum of 600 calories each day using BodyBugg trip feature).0
