My favorite method of working out is at-home DVDs. I currently do Jillian Michael's 30DS, Brenda DyGraf's Air Climber, P90 on occassion (NOT P90X), and a Fit Sugar video (only 10 minutes for those days that I don't feel up to it, but want to do something).
My bane is sweets of any kind, especially sodas. I usually drink several diet sodas a day, but this week I cut myself back by telling myself that I have to drink my daily water intake before I can have anything else. This leaves me drinking around 1 soda a day, if that. Just doing that and getting in a little exercise each day this week, I've lost 5 pounds since Monday.

Amazing! I sailed right past my initial goal! I'm definitely going to shoot for 200 now, if I can lose 2.8#/week for the rest of the month I'll be 199.8 on September 30.

Total weight lost: **** I weighed at the same time on Monday the 2nd, and was at 126.6. I think I had too much sodium Friday and Saturday, which inflated my # for Sunday morning's weigh in. So, I'm going to say I lost 1.0 this week ...which makes me very happy!!
Just for fun: What is your favorite fall exercise? Walking! I try to walk every day. The weather has been pretty crazy and it's been way too hot to walk outside so I'll get on our recumbent bike for 10 or 12 miles.0
