1.) Unsweetened almond milk...I now prefer it to regular milk for drinking and cereal.
2.) Freshly ground peanut butter. I prefer it to other peanut butters-it tastes fresh and not fake.
3.) GOOD chocolate. I'm talking 80% cacao...kick you in the face dark chocolate. Delicious.
4.) Bob's Red Mill multigrain hot cereal. It's delicious and hearty. Stick to your ribs kinda breakfast.0 -
Asparagus! I never knew... I always made fun of my mom for eating those little horror sticks, but now I can't get enough of them! I'm also digging unsweetened almond milk and pineapples. Oh, and cooked carrots!0

OH! Cooked carrot recipe for you (especially for this time of year-just....yum): Baby carrots (or sliced big carrots), ginger, orange juice butter (or light butter) and a little bit of brown sugar...just a touch. Oh my gosh. Amazing.
And for asparagus, roasted with olive oil, coarse salt, pepper and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Amazing.0 -
