Hey, Hey, This is my first time posting to the board. I did 2 rounds of P90X a year ago. Lost a total of 100lbs only to gain 40 of it back. I'm finally under the 300lb marker agian so I'm moving in the right direction. I go through these ruts where I eat what I want for a little while only to go over 300lbs and it's like when I hit that 300 it's a wake up call. So I've changed my eating habits and my workouts. I've recently incorporated P90x and my own work out routine 5 days a week. I just added Insanity on Tuesday's & Thursdays. I did the Fit test on Tuesday and the PLYO Cardio Circuit for the first time yesterday and let me tell you, it's no JOKE!!! It's a great workout. I have to tell you, P90x & Insanity are awesome. I usually work in the P90x & Insanity with specialized workouts that I create using fitness magazines with my gym. (Praise to LA Fitness) I look forward to keep you all posted. I am now officially aboard.

Insanity had me burning 600 calories this morning. Hopefully I can get in some double workouts this weekend, the scale is moving again.

Sorry, I didn't get the quote and reply correct. Still learning.

Good for you on your calorie burn. I have a fall family reunion tomorrow so I need to really push on the workouts this weekend. Back and biceps tomorrow - love this workout.

Seeing movement on the scale, hopefully by Monday morning I have good news to report. We just finished Max Cardio Conditioning, didn't do cardio abs. I plan to hit the gym later this afternoon for a second workout. I said it, I typed it, I'm going to make it happen.

BR -great workout. Are you going to be getting P90X + or the muscle confusion one that is supposed to be coming out?

I own P90X+ already. If you're referring to the new P90X that will be released in the Fall of 2011, definitely!

Insanity Max Interval Plyo is done with 953 calories burned. Much better with this workout the second time around.

    Cool Cool.

Today was rest day, but I won't be able to do our Monday workout in the morning...so we just completed chest, shoulder's and triceps. I prefer my workouts in the morning with my Fuzion k-akg.

Great job on the calorie burn Edorice. I just ordered the Polar FT7 HRM. I had a sportsline one but I don't think it worked properly. I would say that I was burning 250 calories during plyo (and just about 300 calories after running at 6.4 mph for 40 minutes).

Figured I needed an accurate HRM for insanity.

Burned 1043 calories doing 59 minutes of "Insanity Max Interval Circuit"

Getting better & better at the Insanity "Max" workouts. I figure when I'm done with this hybrid in a little over 3 weeks, I should be able to make it through without any breaks. I can't imagine how many calories I'd be burning without stopping to catch my breath.

I've had days where I've gone through without breaks, but maybe didn't jump as high or went as fast. I've burned more calories with at least one 1 minute break in Max Interval Circuit or the others and really brought it towards the end.

Well I was supposed to do plyometrics this morning but I thought, what the heck, let's give insanity plyo circuit a try. Did pretty good. Had to stop a couple of times to figure out what we were supposed to be doing but overall was happy with my performance. Next time I will be a little more familiar with the moves and sequence.

Can't wait to get my HRM so I can see the calorie burn.

We did back and biceps this morning. My hrm must not have been working last week. I burned 464 today, much more than last week.

I'm really starting to get into the weight loss gadgets as well. This morning I used my chest strap heart rate monitor instead of my regular one. About the same results, I burned 822 calories during Insanity Max Interval Circuit.

Great job on the calorie burn. I don't know whether to be disappointed with the calorie burn this morning or not. I don't have anything to compare it to though. Core Syn. isn't really cardio so I guess it was good.

We did Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs this morning. I burned 806 calories with the two workouts. I've burned more in the past. I didn't do as many jumps this morning.
