    Walking 20 minutes to work, 40 minutes from work to the gym, 30 minutes from gym to my house and 60 minutes Aerobics class at gym.
    Plus 15 minutes of stretching when I get home. :)

    90 minutes on elliptical, 60 min lower body and core work.
  • 1 hour speed walk with baby in sling and 2 kids in double stroller
    free weight lunges , pushups and about 5 mins of ab stuff

    I have done Jillian Michael's body revolution 30 mins and 20 mins stationary bike :)

    Sadly, on work days (I currently work in retail), I am so freaking tired by the time i get home that there is no way that I can do any exercise. On non-work days, I hike. :)

    Between work and barn chores, I had over 10,000 steps on the pedometer, plus a rather fast 45 minute ride trying to catch up to the others.

    Had a basketball comp game.

    Warm up and stretches then 15 minute shootaround
    Played approximately 30 minutes of the game (we won - yay!)
    45 minutes of shootaround/drills/practice after the game.

    I'm getting ready to throw in a Chalene Extreme push circuit followed by 20 minutes of Pilates. Later on I'm going ice skating (40 - 50 minutes going at a brisk pace.) This is a nice break from all of the powerwalking and T25 workouts I did all week!

    15 minute beach run to get hot enough for a 30 minute sea swim, followed by coffee and chocolate slab then home for pull-ups while cooking tomato chutney and finish off with an hour of yoga. Perfect day.

    7 Day routine = always morning walk for one hour, 2.5km walk
    = 30 min bike ride (minimum)
    = dancing (15mins)
    = leisurely walking (60mins)

    Awesome! How do you find time for nearly 3 hours of exercise (plus showers) every day?

    Ran four miles-now about to do about a half hour of good stretches with Cassey Ho/blogilates.com
