yesterday was - 1hr cardio and 1 hr kettlebell circuit.
today will be - 1hr cardio and thats it for the day!0 -
45 min spin class followed by a 2k row (about 10 mins on the rowing machine at max resistance)
Just back in the gym after a 2 week break due to illness and holidays so I'm in bits after it... It's amazing how quickly fitness can fade0 -
My daily 75 story stairwell climb and descent. Takes me 45 minutes and I burn 255 calories.0

Walking 20 minutes to work, 40 minutes from work to the gym, 30 minutes from gym to my house and 60 minutes Aerobics class at gym.
Plus 15 minutes of stretching when I get home.0 -

1 hour speed walk with baby in sling and 2 kids in double stroller
free weight lunges , pushups and about 5 mins of ab stuff0 -

Sadly, on work days (I currently work in retail), I am so freaking tired by the time i get home that there is no way that I can do any exercise. On non-work days, I hike.0

Between work and barn chores, I had over 10,000 steps on the pedometer, plus a rather fast 45 minute ride trying to catch up to the others.0

Had a basketball comp game.
Warm up and stretches then 15 minute shootaround
Played approximately 30 minutes of the game (we won - yay!)

I'm getting ready to throw in a Chalene Extreme push circuit followed by 20 minutes of Pilates. Later on I'm going ice skating (40 - 50 minutes going at a brisk pace.) This is a nice break from all of the powerwalking and T25 workouts I did all week!0

A hike this afternoon, 3 mile round trip over some hills in VT.0

15 minute beach run to get hot enough for a 30 minute sea swim, followed by coffee and chocolate slab then home for pull-ups while cooking tomato chutney and finish off with an hour of yoga. Perfect day.0

today was just ripped in 30, yesterday was ripped in 30 plus the low impact cardio from fitness blender. Im having a blood test later so wont feel like exercise and Im fasting for the test so dont have the energy for more exercise this morning. Might throw in 40mins kettlebell later if I can manage it0

10 mile speed walk. Just got back in a half hour ago. I love long night walks.0
