What do you eat when you crave chocolate?

Just have some chocolate. I find that when I try to substitute my cravings with other things, I just end up eating a bunch of substitutes. Then the calories add up to more than just satisfying the craving would've been.0

I will usually fix me a mug cake i cut the portions though and don't use eggs or oil, just about 2 teaspoons sugar or half packet of stevia 1 teaspoon cocoa powder and enough skim milk to mix it together0

Chocolate. Dark chocolate is a great way to get your fix. It's healthier and usually lower calorie, especially if you get one that's not sweetened. Or even chocolate chips. 1 tbsp of unsweetened chocolate chips are only 60 calories. They're great frozen!0

I eat a protein bar! I buy Met-Rx big 100 brownies, and eat those occasionally for dessert or when low on calories0

I eat chocolate. The really dark stuff, 72% or 86%. You need less of it to cure the craving and it is better for you anyway.0

Is this a trick question ???
CHOCOLATE.
A piece of really nice chocolate. I keep dark chocolate at the house. A square or two usually does the trick. YUM.
I don't waste cals on sub-par yucko chocolate such as a Nestle Crunch or some such. A square of dark totally satisfies. I don't like extreme dark. 60 -75% cacoa. Lindt & Ghiradelli are my go-to affordable faves.
Seriously. I have found I TRULY have a taste for something - I need to have it. Otherwise, I will eat other stuff, then still come back to wanting what I was wanting to start with.0 -
If i'm craving chocolate and don't have any chocolate bars around, I'll probably make a cacao/banana/almond butter smoothie.0

One of my favorite treats is to slice a banana, put the slices in a bowl and drizzle 1 TBSP of Hershey's chocolate syrup over the slices. I eat it with a fork and feel like I am cheating. It's wonderful!0
