30 minutes on the treadmill at work. First time I actually used the gym at work. That is much bigger than what I did there. :)

Missed my workout yesterday morning, but then I danced for 2 hours at a concert last night. I'll have to do yesterday's Push Circuit tonight.

    Close grip bench
    Weighted dips
    Skull crushers
    Tri kick backs

Lots and lots of forearm curls

Had a bit of time so farmers walk. Had to use my straps as I had already burned out my forearms....next time I'll remember forearm day is not conductive to adding farmer walks...lol

going to the local track today to start my "official" learning to run training. Working with my doctor's office to avoid injury. 100 extra pounds + arthritis + asthma = seek professional advice. :)

going to ride bicycles with my son, what an adventure this should be (son has mental handicap, kind of like riding bikes with a five year old kid- sometimes I almost die laughing and other times I almost die in frustration) :explode:

Was going to have a rest day but decided to do a short workout at home, 30 mins rotating between things like squats, lunges, push ups, crunches and dumbbell work for strength and high knees, butt kicks and star jumps to kick my heart rate up a bit

Was going to be the local track but by the time the football game ended it was starting to rain and nearly dark. So...gym time! 10 minutes on the hell-iptical and 20 on the treadmill, 8 of which I jogged.

5 hour hike in roughy, hilly, tree fallen terrain. Well, 4 hours was in the Trail blazing part, 1 hour was a flatter hike along the road after we got lost and climbed up out of the hollow creek and found a road.
