My two favorite lunches - haven't decided what to make yet:
1. broccoli slaw with turkey pepperoni, mozzarella/parmesan, garbanzo beans and Italian dressing
2. white corn tortilla wrap (can't eat wheat) with turkey, ham and spinach
(then add in an apple, pear or an orange for dessert)0 -
I eat pretty much the same lunch every day, unless left overs need to get eaten:
Publix - American Salad Mix, 0.5 container (8 cups ea.)
Hormel Real Bacon Bits - Real Bacon Bits - Ready to Serve 7 g
Boars Head - Oven Roasted Chicken Breast - 42% Lower Sodium, 4 oz
Wish Bone - Robusto Italian Dressing (80 Cal Per Serving), 2 Tb0 -
I had a supremely fake "taco salad" -- red beans, cottage cheese, and salsa over mixed greens. I was in such a rush that I didn't plan well at all.0

I had my standard "go to" sandwich:
2 slices of Sarah Lee 45 calorie whole wheat bread
1/2 avocado spread on one (instead of mayo)
Alfalfa sprouts
1/2 Persian cucumber, slices
2 red lettuce leaves
5 slices of roasted turkey (1 serving)
5 slices of ham (1 serving)
I also had a side of about 10 asparagus spears.0 -
Today was peanut butter, jam, bananas on Ezekiel bread, an apple, and some cheddar cheese. I love me my PBJ!0

Egg salad made with one whole egg and one egg white, plain non fat yogurt, and dijon mustard, sandwiched between 2 slices of Ezekiel toast. I also had a side of beets that I roasted over the weekend. (I roasted them dry).0

Today's lunch: Hummus, cheese, cucumbers and avocado on ezekiel bread, a banana and some smart food.0

i have cabbage soup and chicken and bean chili with me for lunch. As well as some carrots and a protein cup cake with strawberry jam icing.0

Roasted turkey breast and whole sweet potato w/cinnamon. Gala apple later this afternoon.0

4oz of leftover chicken breast, about a dozen baby carrots, cucumber slices. Atkins vanilla almond bar. An orange for snack in a bit.

a 4oz hamburger patty and a slice of homemade brocholi casserole (skim milk, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, sour creme, shredded cheese, bread crumbs)0

Had: Weight Watchers Smart Ones Spinach Ricotta Pasta w/ 1cup added spinach. YUM! It's my fave. I love adding veggies to the frozen meals. There's always plenty of sauce to mix around0

Lunch today was a 4 oz tenderloin steak salad with FF ranch, a little bit of shredded cheese and 24 oz of water.0
