I normally have the same thing for my pack lunch which is peanut butter roll with a packet of crisps
But sometimes if I'm home I will have tuna jacket potato+snack on the side, pot noodle+fruit or tinned mackerel in tomato sauce with crisps+other small snack... These lunches normally all make around 500 calories0 -
I did a bad, bad thing... I spoke the forsaken words.
"There's no such thing as too much sushi."
I met "too much sushi", shook its hand, and told it to wait a sec while I finished MOAR sushi. And the sad thing is: there is no accurate way of calculating what I ate since sushi/sashimi varies so widely.

we got lunch from a japanese place today - i rarely buy lunch out, maybe 3-4 times a year, so it w as a nice treat. I ordered something called "chicken yakitori" which was described as skewers of chicken breast and thighs, served with grilled veg and white rice. what i got was some kind of grilled chicken sausages and grilled veg everything was smothered in teriyaki sauce. good thing i got the white rice and not the garlic rice (needed something to counter all that sweet!). i had about half of the meal. so not sure how many cals, pretty sure it was a LOT of sodium, but we had a nice time.0
