    WOW...do we have some movers and shakers dedicated this month...remember, if you don't finish or fail completely, stay honest to yourself and keep posting...

    Monday, nada...well, I took a super long nap, 2 1/2 hours and worked from 3 to 11 in my walker shoes...but, I won't count that since I have no way of knowing the actual burn...gonna make some up tomorrow...I'm definitely motivated this week...

    Thursday- 15 min of HIIT 15, 36 min of Burn Circuit 1, 30 min of Running, & 20 min of biking/980 calories
    Friday- 30 min of Fire 30, 20 min of Core 20 & 10 min of Stretch 10/550 calories
    Saturday- 25 min of HIIT 25, 26 min of Burn It Off, & 10 min of Stretch 10/585 calories
    Sunday- 26 min of Burn It Off & 45 min of Fire 55 EZ/660 calories

    great challenge idea ~ i need this motivation to get moving again after the tummy bug got me down last week :) i will start my moving tomorrow... so not sure if I'll get 360 minutes this week, but I'm gonna try my best :)

    Ok, we got to face our families for the Thanksgiving holiday (Americans).:grumble: Now, do you want to hear them make snide comments about your butterball that should be on the table?:noway: :sad: I bet you don't!!!! Nope, your gonna be the hot smokin' potato with the ta-tas:smokin:

    Then it's time to Move it! Shake it! Jiggle it! Wiggle it! Bump it! Thump it! Stomp it! Womp it!!

    What's your plan? You gotta have one to make this happen.

    The goals are:

    1) 360 minutes of moving...it doesn't matter what kind you do or how you break it up

    - or -

    2) Burn 2500 to 3500 calories with a heart rate monitor

    OK, who's in for Week #1...if at first you don't succeed, you keep trying...just keep coming back and reporting progress or non-progess...it doesn't matter...it keeps us accountable and that's how we commit to healthy lifestyles:bigsmile:

    this is EXACTLY what i'm working on right now. I am definately in!

    I swear the hardest part is getting over the mental block...

    Got in some more this evening by taking a walk while I waited for my car at the dealership instead of sitting in the waiting room. I planned for it and am glad I did. This challenge is really making me move move move this week! 45 min more down.

    between mental blocks and ridiculous long days...sheesh!!! i feel you!!! some days it is just hard to squeeze in a workout...crazy impressive elliptical workout though :) keep up the great work :)
