Thursday: 30 minutes of Fat Blaster dvd and 180 minutes of walking/standing @ volunteer.......45 minutes to go!

It looks like I'll be able to meet this week's challenge afterall. I'm scheduled for a free boot camp session tomorrow morning so provided I get up and actually go I will meet the challenge tomorrow.0 -

As of today I have worked out 405 minutes and burned 1988 calories.
My previous boot camp instructor is offering a free, Saturday, boot camp session until the end of the year so I decided to partake in it today.
Today's circuit consisted of twisting mountain climbers, squat & overhead press, burpees w/a jump, pulsating squats while holding 20 lb weight, jumping rope, push ups, jumping squats w/a step, pulsating lunges, high knees, inchworms, jumping jacks and bicycles. We did each circuit until the trainer blew the whistle and then we moved on to the next. I believe each circuit was a minute. We did this twice and then we competed in team relays that consisted of walking side squats, jumping jacks, skiers and high knees.
I had a great time and it made me realize how much I like and miss the group boot camps. I'm really considering joining for at least a month in order to jump start my workouts again0 -

Hi, sorry to have been MIA in the exercise department...had some super huge family drama (teenager are devils)...my MIL said that God created teenagers so we wouldn't want to keep them forever....I think, this one time, she might be right
Anyway, I am ready to get back into the swing of things...If everyone is still interested, I will start a new thread on Sunday for December0 -

Good Morning everyone! I have been MIA but now I'm back. I'm checking in for Monday and Tuesday
Mon: 60mins zumba + 20,mins treadmill = 80mins + 680cals .......280mins to go/ 2920cals
Tues: 40 mins treadmill/ 380cals.......240mins/ 2540 cals to go
I'm going to try to double up on my workouts today and tomorrow because I'm going to Dallas to visit friends for Thanksgiving and won't be back home til Sunday. But even then I'll be sure to get in atleast walking

I did 4 workouts for a total of : 213 mins/ 1927 calories!
for a deficit of 147mins/ 1673 calories....oh well mae it half way i guess.
