I have been lifting for 2months...started mid September
First red dress pic is me at my heaviest...appx 205lbs size large dress with control pannel...eek
2nd red dress is pre lifting appx 175 lbs
LBD was this past Saturday night at 165lbs size small (jeans are an 8)
Now this pic
1st one is pre 30DS, 2nd is start of lifting after 2 rounds of 30DS, 3rd was last week after lifting for 8 weeks

Oh my gosh, these results are amazing!! I'm so impressed with all of you strong ladies! I just turned 50, and started lifting just a week ago. I hope to have some before and afters to post in a few months.1

Lifting 5x per week on a deficit and working with a trainer. I killed it every single session.

January 2013
After 10 months with a bulking and cutting phase:
Lifting has made me feel more awesome inside and out!23 -
This is after about 10 weeks of lifting and eating at a deficit. I'm down 3 pounds but as you can see I've made tremendous changes in my body composition. I lift heavy on legs 2 times a week and the other day I do arms and cardio (usually running).12 -
This is back progress with about 8 weeks difference between pics.
Lifting has changed my life.8 -

It seems to me that you have lose more weight on the stomac. However I had same problems when I started to lose weight. Don't be afraid, You will see results soon:).0

Before
After 1 year of lifting and cutting.
Street clothes in case some might think we look "bulky" or muscular all the time. Pictures above are right after a workout and flexed. Most people are surprised that I lift heavy weights.
2 years lifting, 1 year maintaining.
