I gad a gluten free tortilla roll (110 calories) wrapped around a chopped up banana covered in peach jelly! it was very delicious! :)

    not to mention semi healthy

I have Celiac and have tried the GF tortillas a bunch of times but they always crack when I roll them up. How did you keep it from cracking? Would love to be able to do breakfast tortillas again without the mess from cracking and spillage.

Oh and do stick with the theme of the thread I had home made gluten free French bread toasted and orange juice for breakfast.

I had a K cup of cherry chip flavored coffee with a splash of milk, and my go-to breakfast taco (egg and small flour tortilla), but instead of chipotle sauce I used some of my leftover homemade tzatziki sauce. Cucumber-y goodness :-)

Breakfast here was boring compared to what I'm seeing -
M - F - Oatmeal w/a little margarine, sugar, cinnamon & raisins; Coffee w/a little sugar & Sugar Free Italian Sweet Cream Creamer; Water
Sa - Su - usually scrambled egg whites (2) w/a little cheese cooked in margarine w/1 piece of whole wheat toast & margarine - total amt of butter = 1 tbsp; Coffee w/a little sugar & Sugar Free Italian Sweet Cream Creamer; and then maybe just maybe if we have it some berries.

First breakfast: Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt - vanilla, with 1/2 cup strawberries.

Second breakfast: Quaker Weight Control oatmeal - Brown Sugar and Maple flavored

    Total calories: 240

I divide my breakfast calories into two small meals and often my lunch, too. I work 10 hour days and I get really hungry between meals if I don't split things up.
