I did 4 hours today... lol walked 3 hours in the AM my longest walk yet 6.11 miles and did 1 hour tonight of 3.19 miles!

A great challenge to keep me accountable during December!
12/01...............walk 3.5 mph (50 minutes)
12/02...............run / walk (5.3 mph for 3.5 mile run and 3.5 mph for 2 mile walk (75 minutes)
12/03...............moving / carrying boxes - unpacking; cleaning floors etc (90 minutes)
12/04..............walk / run - 1.5 mile walk (3.6 mph) and 3.5 mile run (11 minute mile pace) / ran up & down 6 flights of stairs (70 minutes total)
12/05..............walk 2.5 mph (30 minutes)
12/06..............walk 3.5 mph (40 minutes)
12/07..............walked 1 mile (3.75 mph), ran 4.3 miles (11 minute pace), walked .75 mile (3.75 mph) - (77 minutes total)
TOTAL / WEEK 1.........432 minutes (1440 minutes - 432 minutes = 1,008 minutes left)

Ugh I really needed this challenge. My trainer threw the gauntlet and said for every % of body fat we lose in December he will give free sessions. During this timeframe I have been without my #1 exercise (swimming) which is the way I dropped most of my weight thus far. 12 days until I am no longer grounded from the pool.
Everyone is doing so great!
12/1- 60 min w/ trainer (20 min boxing, 15 min hill intervals, 25 min battle rope intervals).
12/2- 65 min w/ trainer (55 min circuit training, 10 min hill intervals at still slow but slightly faster pace)
12/3- 84 min walking (42 in AM, 42 in PM, although PM route was longer)
12/4- 60 min w/ trainer (45 min circuit training, 15 min hill intervals - 10 min forward, 5 min backwards)
12/5- 41 min walk
12/6- 70 minutes (37 min walk, 33 min. boxing with heavy bag while dancing in the living room like a happy fool)
12/9- 30 min physical therapy
12/10- 60 min w/ trainer (circuit training)
12/11- 52 min walk
12/12- 60 min (33 min. recumbent elliptical, 27 min. arm bike)
12/13- 120 min. (45 min. physical therapy, 75 min w/ trainer-25 min. strength training, 40 min. circuit training, 10 min. elliptical)
