    Beer is the new water .... like water on stroids - you get water and carbs and is great after long runs and strenuous workouts :)

    Oh and also works wonders on reviving your liver

    go on the tic tac diet.. lol. only eat tic tacs everyday for two weeks. Pretty much what I did after my divorce and I was so depressed I had no appetite. Sure I lost a ton of weight but looked sick as hell:drinker:

    You've heard it. You need fat in your diet... so make sure you get a good juicy steak with nice fat on it. Cut the fat off the lean meat and throw the meat away and savor away on the fat.. Cuz it is good for you! ! !

    A women think your wimps if you don't drop those huge weights from above your head to the floor in the gym.

    Make sure you stand up tall every time you eat anything (even if just a crumb) for we all know what happens when you sit down and eat. It all goes to your buttocks
