I soooooooooo needed this. I have been stuck for weeks and it is driving me bananas. I stopped logging my food because I was so discouraged. (still eating healthy, but not counting every last calorie) Thanks Banks, I will try some of these things and see if I can get that scale to move down.

    Thanks Banks!
This couldn't have come at a better time. I've been stuck for two months. I am beginning to wonder if this should be my goal weight because I am gaining muscle and eating the right calories. BUT...not necessarily the right foods! I really want to lose those last 5 pounds as was my goal. I will try some of these ideas!

' just so's you know ' as my baby girl used to say

i am trying a few of these suggestions after 2 weeks of nothing  nada :explode: zip movement on the scale (i hate ye ol scale )

I will post back in 2 weeks so see if any movement on that line below....please 151 is sooooo close.

splitting cals to 5 x day

upped my exercise by 10 minutes a day

    eating (gulp) my exercise calories.

(the numbers are skewed on my ticker.i started in jan and lost a few...but started up again in June so approx 9 lbs lost since then. Ok-writing that made me feel good  )

Thanks so much for this - I've been eating my calories "all at once" in three meals daily and I really need to be spreading them out.
