FINALLY: Losing fat is like trying to dry out a sponge. You can't dry a corner while the rest of it is still wet. You won't magically lose belly fat or thigh fat or any other fat. It will come off where it wants to. Keep working at it! It is possible!

I was at 1500 daily intake for a while, but I decided I wanted the ultimate challenge and have ABS myself. I had a little boy 2 years ago and this "mommy tummy" sucks! While it has gotten much flatter, I do not like its tone. For the past 2 weeks I have cut out processed food and sugars and eating "clean". I feel better and have lost the bloat from the holidays.
I weight train 6 days, alternating cardio (max 30min). My body is so strong now and seeing your pictures proves a little dedication can get it done. I know you said you "lived" and didn't eliminate, but for some reason, the slightest inclusion of those indulgences taints my body chemistry...or is this all in my head? Comments?2 -
