I am new to this, I have a drinking sweet tea and eating one meal a day problem, and I gain weight from it, so my thoughts to you are, eat 3 meals a day, and have 3 snacks a day, and drink water. Don't get on the scales but once a week, and do your goal 10-20 at a time, that way you don't get discouraged quickly.0

Make a long term plan which you are capable of sticking to.0

pay attention to hunger level while eating and ask "am I still hungry?" and if not, stop eating, throw food left on plate away, or refrigerate til you are hungry again.:laugh:0

Stop grazing, when you mindlessly put something in your mouth (candy in the office, mints offered at the bank door etc etc) it all counts up!0

GET RID OF YOUR CAR AND YOUR TELEVISION Sitting in a car and/or sitting in front of the boob tube are the two most destructive things you can do to your body. You will be amazed at how easy it is to stay healthy once these demons are out of your life.0 -
