GET RID OF YOUR CAR AND YOUR TELEVISION Sitting in a car and/or sitting in front of the boob tube are the two most destructive things you can do to your body. You will be amazed at how easy it is to stay healthy once these demons are out of your life.

Persistance.... just remember that this is a lifestyle and some changes you make will take longer to "learn" than others. Just stick with it, don't give up, and never, ever deprive yourself of the foods you love.0
