2/9 – 7.11 miles (bridge run plus circuit training)

Thanks! Running every day just makes things easier. No more, "I'm tired", "it's raining", or other excuses. You just run, even if it's only 1 mile.

Sadly, I'm not going to meet my target this month as my priorities have changed. I started a new full time job last Monday and I just don't have time now in the week to run. Realistically, I think this will be my last log for Feb. I've really enjoyed doing these challenges and they definitely kept me motivated, so thank you :flowerforyou:0 -

7.7 on Saturday, 9 today. That puts me over 101 for the month with 14 runs. Hoping to get another 10-15 by Friday.
For a 28 day month, I'm pleased although I have done a lot more slower distance running than faster stuff. I prefer the latter but it doesn't always work out.
