Day By Day Challenge-Part 4 (December)

I think I could use this challenge. I have a hard time staying on goal or focused. I try week by week but after one or two days I have fallen off the wagon yet again.
I really want to lose weight and really need to, but don't think I have the motivation or support to do it. I have a very skinny family w/ little support. So it's hard to be around those who need to gain weight.
So I will try today and here are my goals:
1. Log everything (even if I go over)
2. Drink at least 6 glasses of water (I rarely get 3 in - some days I do all 8)
3. No HALLOWEEN CANDY - Yes we got so much we still have some left.

Goals for 12/3:
1.) water
2.) Make good choices-don't eat french fries just to prove to coworkers that I'm not starving myself (did this yesterday and that was DUMB)
3.) Go Home and Clean, screw being tired I have things to do!!!! I really need to get things in order so I can decorate for christmas. Hubby is working 7 days a week so he won't be of much help.
Ok well I failed at everything I wrote down. lololololol. Eh well.
Saturdays Goals.
1.) GET this house cleaned. NO MATTER WHAT!! Hubby is working 7 days a week and cleaning with 2 kids at home is hard, but MAN it's got to get done.
2.) Stay up tonight and put on the second coat. PERIOD. It HAS to be done.
3.) water, water, water
4.) Watch the carbs!!!
5.) Try to enjoy the snow even though I despise it!!!!
I hope that everyone has an excellent weekend. I don't know what's going on with my body, but right now I have toooooooo much stuff to do to worry about it. Tired and BC hasn't worked. Bleeding again........... UGH. BUT taking iron and vitamins so hopefully that will help with the tiredness. The other will just have to be forgotten about because there is NOTHING I can do about that...............0 -

5.) Try to enjoy the snow even though I despise it!!!! *** I did. I kept the blinds open so I could see out and let a little bit of light come in----and it put me in the mood for the Christmas decorations.
Sundays Goals:
1.) Clean and laundry as much as I can
2.) Eat well!!! Low carb, off to a good start so far and breakfast was excellent!!!

Dec 3:
1) Drink water! (Always on the list for me. Otherwise I don't drink it!) Okay--could do better.
2) Get my errands done. (Should have done them today but have been very lazy.) DONE!
3) Stay with in my calories--and do that with HEALTHY choices, not JUNK! Also done.
Yesterday (Dec 4) wasn't too bad--got lots of water down, did okay on my calories and food choices. and started decorating the house for Christmas.
I managed to pull a muscle in my side while stretching and it is killing me! I'm going to get a walk in today as it hurt too much to get one done yesterday. Just a basic one, though--I don't want to make it worse!
So, today's goals are;
1) keep drinking water!
2) get more decorating done.
3) walk at least 3 miles today.
4) stay in my calories.

Dec. 5
1.) Eat slowly, putting fork down between bites at all meals
2.) Eat only at the kitchen table
3.) Take dog out for a brisk 45 minute walk0 -
Saturdays goals:
1. Shred and try out 30 mins of something new. - Done! Shred and Cardio Box
2. Test the car out in the snow, see if things have improved today – Yup, slidey fun had by all.
3. 3 portions of fruit and 3 of veg – 4 veg 2 fruit, does that count?
4. 100 oz of water - Yes
5. Housework – A little
6. Have fun but don't go crazy tonight. – Cancelled but still had plenty of fun
Monday’s goals:
1. Water! (takes another swig while thinking about it)
2. Exercise: Shred, Body Attack, & Body Balance
3. Finish drawing for friend.
4. House work.

Hi guys, new to this challenge as well
I'm a mum to three daughters (5, and 1 1/2 yr old twins) and work full time.
I used to train for short course triathlons right until I found out I was expecting the twins and since then, the weight has ballooned!
So here are my goals for the week:
1. Walk to Run - week one
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water
3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep0 -
weekend recap:I'm posting my weekend goals now.
Saturday and Sunday are pretty much the same.
1. water, water, water ... 72 oz, not 100, but still pretty good!
2. abs ... tried Jillian michaels six weeks to six pack on exercisetv
3. keep track of everything I eat.... I tried, but it was hard.
4. take Saturday off, workout for atleast 30 minutes at home Sunday.... took saturday off and only 20 minutes on sunday
Monday's goals:
1. only eat the meals that I pre-prepared.
2. go to fitness class in am + 20 minutes of cardio.
3. workout in the evening.
4 shoot for 100 oz of water.

Yesterday, I counted my calories & drank my 80 oz, but housework & laundry got in the way of my walk.
For today:

Back from vacation! Whoo! I feel like I've been gone FOREVER! I had a most fantastic visit though and I'm so glad it was for as long a trip as I was there. I managed to only gain .4 lbs. Incredible! I got the Power 90 video and will be starting that this evening...so excited! Also...quit smoking! Smoke free for 16 days! )

I am starting a couple of new things today so this will be a great way to be accountable.
Today's goals:
1. Couch to 5K Week 1 Day 1
2. Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 1
3. Log all my food
4. Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water0 -

Glad to see something like this! I am curious to see if setting smaller goals will be what helps me stick to my exercise and food diary. My goals for today is to 1) drink 8 glasses of water; 2) LOG EVERYTHING; 3) work out at least 30 minutes; 4) do not let the kids stress me unless necessary So far I've done pretty good but no water yet so better get on it!!0

Sundays Goals:

1.) Already finished with payroll. I need to get on the water/almost 2pm and haven't drank any!!!

Body Attack was a new class for me and it was great, SO energetic. I thought I was going to be a bit uncoordinated for it (I am always the girl with the wrong arm in the air or kicking the wrong leg) and I was to start with but hey that’s what practice is for, right?
Tuesdays goals:
1. Water
2. Shred + 30 mins Cardio Box
3. Draw!
4. House work, lots and lots of house work.

Well, I logged everything but didn't drink all my water and did not work out. I WILL DO BETTER TODAY. The good thing is by taking it day by day I don't feel like I've failed too badly. The thing that really messed me up yesterday was the 20 oz bottle of pepsi ... sure was good at the time which is probably how I got this way :laugh: New goals for today;
1. Drink 8 glasses of water
2. Walk 2 miles on treadmill
3. Focus on the good0 -

1) Drink 10 cups (100 ounces) of water! (Maybe an actual amount to strive for will help!)
2) Stay within my calories.
3) Do a 5 mile walk--inside or out or a combo.
4) Work on my Christmas gifts!
I seem to get sidetracked a lot lately. I need to learn to "stay on task!"

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been on here much. It's been manic my end. Have been at my mum's the last few days and only just made it back to my flat. Am knackered And very sleep deprived so off to bed but will try and get on tomorrow to post some proper goals. Generally the aim is to keep to my cals and get my water in and train when I get some time. Hope you're all doing well and will catch up on your posts tomorrow. Keep going and don't forget your water!!0
