    Been on and off MFP for a few years and it seems as though a lot of my friends have disappeared =/ could use active friends for motivation and fitness/nutrition ideas!

    Hey I'm glad you posted this! I've been off for about a year and feel like I need to get back on. I have been eating good for a long time but surprisingly had a slip over the holidays this year and it took me forever to get back on track! Didn't think that was possible since eating clean had become second nature so lesson learned there!
    I'm going to start tracking again today although I plugged in most of what I ate yesterday which was not a good day. I think by tracking again I'll get my calories more in check because it's the little things that can keep the progress that you need from happening.

  • Hi, I'm 34, a SAHM to two beautiful kiddos that I homeschool. I just started working out and eating a little healthier about 3 weeks ago. Looking for any encouragement/advice I can get considering I'm new to all this. I log my food/workouts daily and tend to workout 5-6 days a week for at least an hour. I like to mix it up between bike riding, weights, and kickboxing workouts I find online.
