Afternoon Ladies,
School is out so it has been crazy coordinating appointments, camps, follow ups and then of course my stuff. This week I went to the Ortho surgeon and was given a steroid shot in my knee:noway: but later that night I felt as if I could jump buildings. Yesterday I did Body Shop and my knee felt great and this morning I feel some soreness in my LB but overall feel great. KCM's dvds are perfect as the doctor has me in PT and on meds for the next 4 weeks before he decides to go in and clean out the knee with the scope. I can select her Premixes and focus on the Upper body and Core and use the bike for cardio for the next 8 weeks, no more Burpees.
Laurel- Glad to see that you are settled and back on the workout regimen even with the change in temps.
Thelma- I too need some new shoes or inserts but with my flat feet New Balance are great although I do have a pair each of Nike Shox, and Adidas along with my NB's. Nike is great for those high impact activities but NB's definitely are great at stabilizing. The key to PF is stretching that foot at night and in the morning if you can before getting out of bed, another thing I had to do during my 6 months was use Fit Flops as my house slippers and invested in some great summer sandals in lieu of flip flops with no support.
Tami- Kicking butt as usual in your various classes.
Well hubby returns today and we have a sleepover and then a pool party tomorrow, so busy busy already in the first week.:ohwell:
Have a great weekend!

Hi Ladies & TGIF!!!! :drinker:  :drinker: It is a beautiful sunshine day here … supposed to be that way all weekend. I am hoping to go for a group ride on Sunday. Last night’s class was on and it was a normal Insanity format. We were in the gym and it was tough as ever. Today’s workout was XT Cardio Leg Blast + Burn Sets Tri’s, tonight will be Spinning right after work. Then BBQ with DH when I get home
Laurie: Great job with the workout yesterday! Hope DD does fabulous at her meet and you have good weather for it. She is a lot of fun …. No kidding, do all these instructors have a timeline that they put out new stuff.  Yikes! I bet that new one of JM’s will also be amazing.
Thelma: Congratulations on your weight loss!!!! :drinker:  Isn’t it crazy how that changes . . . you just never know. I’m very happy for you. Class was on and she talked to us all about what we thought for summer months … it will get cancelled for the summer if we don’t have enough attendance but enough of us said we would like it to be an “option” for now so don’t cxl it yet anyway. You’re welcome on the KT Tape. Many of the trainers at your gym should be familiar with it and can help you but if not … You Tube it! That’s what I did.
Laurel: Sounds like that motivation issue was a very short term situation …. Way to rock out another amazing combo! Congrats on the 8” step too. That is awesome. I’m really excited to start our rotation too … it will be a good one I think. I’m glad you said that about your mind wandering. I wonder sometimes with the long workouts you do if that happens. It does to me when I get past that 90 minutes. I start thinking what I have to do for the day, etc….
Be safe on your travels back to Colorado and have a great time at your hubby’s ceremony. Talk to you soon. :flowerforyou:
Michelle: I bet it is a little bit bitter sweet for you when school gets out!  The full time scheduling and coordinating starts right away I’m sure. Great job with Body Shop! Good that it will just be a little clean-up on the knee right!?!? Are you happy with that news? Thanks for the kudos on the workouts. Trying my best, sometimes that snooze button gets the best of me so I pick it up in the classes.
Have a great weekend ladies!:flowerforyou:

Hi Ladies, Last night I did a VERY lite workout because the plantar fasciitis was acting up. I went shopping for sneakers and didn't find a single pair that worked. Asics don't work for me anymore. At least not their new designs. The pair I'm wearing now which makes my feet feel good is discontinued which means I need to find another brand that works for me. I've read that Brooks has good shoes for PF issues but of course no one near me carries them. I did find the Asics on eBay so I may order another pair of the shoes I have. I wasn't able to find Brooks shoes around here so I ordered them online. I ordered two different pairs from zappos.com because of their free shipping/returns just so I can figure out which one works better for me.
I got some KT tape today but haven't applied it yet. Will do it before I got to bed. I did Great Glutes plus my PT shoulder exercises tonight. The Glutes workout wasn't a good idea for my feet. I do the lunges but kept them shallow. Maybe that was the bad idea part.
Laure, Incredible workouts! Sea level is really good for you! :drinker: Congrats on being able to use the 8" step!
I'm hoping the Brooks Addiction 11 or Arial will be the ones for me. They look a lot like the Asics I'm wearing now. I've never had luck with Nike's. I went to Sports Authority last night and the salesperson helping me said I was quite the challenge! As soon as I stepped into another pair of Asics that is sold as being good for overpronators my PF started acting up!
Michelle, sounds like you're doing a lot better thanks to that cortisone shot!
I have custom made orthotics for my sneakers. No luck with Nike's or NB for me Michelle. I hoping that Brooks are the shoes for my problem feet!
Tami, we've had pretty nice weather here too. A little on the cool side but really, really nice weather. We're going to be in the 70's on Sunday and 80's on Monday and Tuesday.
Wonderful workouts this week. I hope you enjoyed the BBQ with your husband and the group ride tomorrow!
Thanks on the weight loss comments Tami.
I hope your class doesn't get cancelled for the summer!
Have a great weekend!

Hi Ladies ~ Great weekend for workouts!! On Saturday I decided to do a workout I haven’t done yet …. Tony Massenburg “AfterBurn” – I knew what it was going to be like but I was surprised at how tough it was! Felt great & he had a good style to him. Yesterday was my first bike ride of the season and I went with a few others. We rode 50 miles! :drinker: I know, right?!?! Sounds a little intense for the first time out. But it was a beautiful day and about 80 degrees. My legs were feeling it at the end and when I got up this a.m. they were fine, no DOMS at all. I didn’t workout this a.m. (my normal Monday snooze fest) but tonight will be F.A.S.T. class right after work and then I will head home and after dinner take the kids for a walk. They thought we were going somewhere yesterday when I was loading up my bike :ohwell: I felt so guilty. By the time I got home I had to tend to DH. He broke his elbow :noway:  Can you imagine? Hitting your elbow so hard you split the skin and break it. YOUCH!!!!!!! He was jumping out of his boat at the gas station and smacked it on the gunnel on his way down. He also didn't go to the doctor for 24 hrs so he had an infection in there :grumble: He sees an ortho Dr tomorrow a.m. Fingers crossed for good news. He has a fiberglass cast on right now but they might re-cast it. Fishing season will be put on a hold for a while. PLUS it’s his right arm.
Thelma: Sounds like you did what you could do on Saturday & good on ya for looking for good shoes for your PF situation and the KT Tape. Hope your new shoes will help; sometimes that is a huge piece of the puzzle I think. Let me know how that works out for you. Are you going to have one of the trainers tape you up or go the You Tube route?
I pre-ordered Cathe’s RIPPED with HiiT today! :drinker:  :drinker:
Hello Laurie, Laurel & Michelle
Talk to you ladies tomorrow ~ Tami0 -
Hi ladies! I did my spining bike yesterday and today I did the "Lower Impact" timesaver from CrossFire. That was pretty good and I could pretty much handle it. I was very careful about and I am feeling OK. My feet did hurt today at work as I was on my feet a lot and had to run the length of the building and up the stairs to get to a meeting on time. I didn't' need oxygen!
My feet didn't hurt while I ran but they did later on. I was OK once I massaged them with the tennis ball I keep at work. I am doing the squat and ab challenge. In fact I did some squats and abs doing the sections of CF I couldn't do.
Zappos is awesome! I ordered two pairs of Brooks on Saturday afternoon and the shoes arrived today. Unfortunately they run smaller than Asics so I need to size up. I called Zappos and they did an exchange online and the shoes will be here on Wednesday. Amazing! I almost feel better on the Asics I have and I'm going to be considering getting them from eBay if the Brooks don't workout.
Tami, you were unbelievable over the weekend with your workouts! WOW! :flowerforyou:
I did get the KT tap and I put it on last night. I needed 3 pieces as last night I was having the pain by heel and the arch. Of course pieces two and three didn't stick too well. I want to reinforce them with duct tape! I'll be better the next time. They claim the tape stays on for 7 days but I don't see how this is going to last that long. I'm thinking it needs to be changed every couple of days.
I found lots of good stuff on YouTube about plantar fasciitis and one of them was how to find the best shoes. Excellent little video and tells me the shoes I'm wearing now are the right type. I also found another one for foot exercises to be done before you get out of bed so I've been doing those.
OMG! I can't believe your DH broke his elbow! Poor thing! On top of things he developed an infection on the cut! OUCH! My previous boss broke his elbow too and it was also his dominant side. I hope everything went well with the ortho today! Please keep us posted.
I'm sure your FAST class will be a lot of fun! Enjoy your walk with the kids. They must be loving all the walks. They have a way of making us feel guilty when they see us leaving the house!
Good night!

Hi Ladies ~ F.A.S.T. was good. I think it is going to be the exact same format each time but she will change up maybe the order or change how we work certain muscle groups. I talked a couple ladies at work into it and they liked it. It’s definitely a class you can make it harder by adding heavier weights (although it’s high reps on everything so you can’t go too heavy).
Tonight will be Insane-X. Most likely inside, we are having a not so good weather day. Cloudy, but warm, then rainy but warm. Speaking of which a huge thunder and lightning storm last night. Poor little Emma. She ended up laying underneath my husbands leg on the couch and finally calmed down. :ohwell: She likes to be in small crammed spaces. That seemed to work last night.
Thelma: Great workout yesterday with the LI Timesaver from Crossfire :drinker:  I saw you had quite a burn there. I agree that Zappos is truly amazing. DH one time had a pair of nice Keen sandels that do really well for his flat feet (I think I mentioned that) at any rate, he wore them for a month straight pretty much because was gone fishing and they had torn apart at the top. Well they exchanged them no problem no questions asked. WHAT?!? So great. They really did fall apart in the first week he just didn’t have anything else to wear and then I contacted them. I currently have a credit with them from a different shoe return and have been thinking about a new pair of workout shoes for myself.
Thanks for the kudos on the workouts ~ they felt great & YES the "kids" are loving the walks. I have an appt. for Emma to get a haircut on Monday. Fingers crossed it goes better than the last time I took her in. It was an awful experience and so I am a little leary to go again. :noway:
DH went to the ortho this a.m. Very good report there!! Turns out he has an old break in the same area according to the x-rays and this is kind of a new one on top of it, if that makes sense. The doctor told him to keep it in a Ace bandage and watch the infection mostly, the bone should heal he said. If not it is a simple surgery but he can wait to have it done (and may not even need it). So yay! :drinker: He should be good to go for his July fishing season coming up. He was ready to call a bunch of clients today and start cancelling those trips.
The KT Tape is tricky on sticking …. I agree. How in the world would someone keep it on that long:huh: Here is one thing I did since you are taping pretty much the exact same area. I put hand sanitizer on my skin, let it dry and then applied the tape. It has alcohol in it so it will take any oils off your skin in that area. It still slid off a little bit sometimes but not completely.
Hope you have had a great day and you get in a nice workout this evening!
Talk to you tomorrow ~ :flowerforyou: Tami0 -
Hi Pals ~ Just checking in Today’s a.m. workout was Low Impact HIIT + Burn Set Chest & Core ….. Tonight will be Spinning.
Happy to report that DH is doing a little bit better today. Not quite as much pain & swelling is going down.
Hope you are all well! :flowerforyou: Tami0 -
Evening Ladies,
We finally have our internet back. Sunday we had some really severe thunderstorms, and had a huge lightening strike. Made me jump. It took out our internet, cable and phone. It was repaired last night, but youngest needed to get her homework done. That required the use of the computer. Anyway the youngest made it to the state meet in the 4x200, so we will be heading to that meet on Friday early early in the morning. I did JMBR's Workout 1 and Turbo Fire 30/Stretch 10 on Saturday, gardening on Sunday, JMBR's Workout 2 and Turbo Fire HiiT 15/Stretch 10 on Monday, and since it was a beautiful day her yesterday I decided to do a 30 min. run. Didn't do to badly on the run even though I have not be out since last year. Today was Slow & Heavy Chest & Back.
Youngest has her friend (who is a boy) over right now, so I need to get dinner going. Sorry this is so short.
Have a great evening,
Laurie0 -
Hi Ladies, I did the elliptical and trained with a new trainer tonight and I really, really liked him. If I could keep him as a trainer I would buy more sessions but he has a client already at the time I can be there. Tomorrow PT and spinning.
My new Brooks shoes came and don't make my feet feel good at all. The shoes are not supportive at all. I don't know why people claim they're the best shoe ever. I ended up paying a fortune on eBay for the Asics Evolution 6.
Tami, great workout combo today!!! I'm glad your husband is doing a little better today!
Laurie, that sounds like a scary thunder storm! Your daughter is doing great! So exciting! Great workouts for you too! Your youngest is having male friends home for dinner! That is so cool!
Good night!
Thelma0 -
Hi Ladies, tomorrow is finally Friday!!!
PT went well today and I am definitely getting stronger. My shoulder blades still have a ways to go but I'm improving. My feet are feeling better. I'm sure it's because of the tape so thanks Tami for telling me about it. I also did spinning tonight and I was able to go faster than before and my thighs are feeling it.
I lost 7/10 of a pound and this brings my grand total to 22.4 lbs. I've surpassed goal #5 which I made small because for a while there I was losing weight every other week and now I'm losing every week! We're also leaving for Ireland on the 14th and I don't want to increase the goal weight right now.
Going for one of those great pedicures I got about a month ago tomorrow after work, hair cut and a movie on Saturday. I was hoping DH wouldn't suggest going to the movies this weekend because I have a lot of stuff to do before our trip but he wants to go see a movie and I couldn't say no. We're going to see Tom Cruise's Edge of Tomorrow. It's gotten really good reviews!
Good night!
Thelma0 -
Hi Ladies ~ TGIF!!!!!! :drinker: Sorry I missed you yesterday, I was working on my message to you ladies and then was interrupted at work so didn’t get to post it :frown: Spinning was a great on Wednesday night. She decided to try a brand new format and I thought it was great. The time flew by! Due to work/deadlines I had to miss Insane Abs at noon yesterday  and then found out that the Thurs evening Insane-X class is cxld until further notice. I guess they just feel it’s not a steady participation which is normal this time of year. So I ended up taking a REST day due to the cxld class. But I did mow the lawn when I got home … I guess that is a little bit of a workout.:ohwell: This a.m. I did Rockin Knockout and headed to Spinning tonight after work.
Laurie: I bet that was frustrating with no internet. Glad you are back up and running. Nice job with the workouts last weekend along with some nice Slow & Heavy weights the other day. Congrats to your DD!:drinker:
Thelma: That’s great that you liked your trainer the other night. Too bad he is not available in your time slot. Looks like you did awesome with the PT & Spinning …. Saw your calorie burn on the thread! Darn it on the shoes. Isn’t that frustrating!?!? :grumble: I think that’s why I end up changing out shoes so often. Mine usually start out feeling great and then end up not so great. It must really be tricky when you HAVE to have the exact fit and support. So the Asics Evolution 6 are the ones you are going with then? One thing I find a lot now is the “minimalist” shoe which would be nice if you could have that with some stability and cushion but that seems hard to find anymore.
I’m so happy to hear that the KT tape is helping!! Yahoo:bigsmile: Did you end up learning how to tape your foot on You Tube or a trainer do it for you? Did the hand sanitizer help with sticking?
Sounds like great news all the way around with your shoulder too. So awesome.
CONGRATULATIONS on exceeding goal #5 and your amazing weight loss journey.:drinker:  I can imagine you are so proud! New clothes in store for the trip or will you be shopping in your attic again? Your Saturday sounds like so much fun. Don’t worry, you’ll get all the chores done.
(that’s what I tell myself when I’m in the same situation). Enjoy your day.
We are going to a Graduation Party tomorrow afternoon just for a little bit and both days I am planning on good workouts & then tons of cleaning and pre-prepping the guest room for my in-laws. They are going to be staying with the kids in a couple weeks when we go to L.A.:flowerforyou:
Have a fabulous weekend ladies ~ Tami0 -
Hi Ladies, I tried the Travel Fit DVD tonight. I've had it for a while but just now I decided to go for it. I obviously couldn't do the pushups or planks. I did do some of the overhead shoulder moves but not with the bands as I was afraid I was going to have the wrong form. I used small hand weights which allowed me to control the movement. There are certain exercises that I hate to do with bands such as tricep kickbacks so I used dumbbells. I did start with the green band and then I switched a blue or red band.
Hi Tami, TGIF!!! :drinker: I'm sorry your Insane-X class is cancelled till further notice! At least you enjoyed the new spinning format!
Great job with the Rockin Knockout workout. I'm sure spinning will be a lot of fun tonight!
I really wish I could keep this other trainer Tami. He would really kick my butt which is something I expect from a trainer. PT is really going great. I feel great after doing the Travel Fit workout and that had a lot of upper body. Ian one of the therapists told me I could do lite shoulder presses. He said I should do them with my back against a wall so I could feel my shoulder blades. I didn't do the wall part but I did do the shoulder presses with dumbbells. I miss those kickboxing workouts! Punching is not in my future just yet. My vacation will be big test for my shoulders.
I could NEVER wear those minimalist shoes. I have seriously flat feet and that would kill my plantar fascia. The shoe thing has been very frustrating and expensive. I even wrote to Asics asking about the shoes. They say the Gel Forte replaced the Evolution 6 shoe. I can tell by looking at the new shoes that they don't offer the support I need.
Those Brooks felt like I was wearing blocks. The foot bed just felt like I was walking on a piece of wood.
Tami, I made the KT tape last on my feet all week! I actually took it off tonight because of my pedicure. Of course once I took it off I was afraid to walk. I felt so insecure so I walked carefully to the car and the nail salon because I had flip flops on. Not the flat ones but Orthaheel ones. After the soaking my feet in nice warm water and the massage my feet feel great. No tape on right now or tonight. I made the tape last by wearing socks that would go above my ankles so they could cover the tape. I like the fact that there was no glue residue on my skin after having had the tape since Sunday night.
Thanks on the weight loss. I really am proud. It's taken a lot of work and dedication. I just wish I hadn't gotten injured but oh well! I did my last shopping spree in the attic two weeks ago and I've had to buy some new clothes. Specially new underwear.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Quick Update.
Two back to back parties, last week the end of year Pool party for the eldest and then this Saturday my baby turned 8 and we celebrated at Adventure land with 13 kids, bumper boats, race cars and 90 degree temps. Along with that is a new contract which is running during my off months. On Sunday we dropped the eldest to her dorms at ASMS for camp and now we hear that her roommate did not show so of course I'm a bit nervous.:blushing: Our AC unit is down and I'm waiting for the Tech to get here before I melt into a chocolate puddle.:noway: The fan is doable for now but we are mid-90's all week.:noway: As far as exercise does the Squat & Ab challenge count?:blushing: Not to mention the PT specialist is trying to get me there with my crazy schedule..aargh when did things get so hectic? I see that you ladies are still rocking it and I'm envious.:blushing:
Have a great week ladies.:flowerforyou:

Hi Ladies! Quick check-in but wanted you to know I haven't forgotten you! Last week was crazy busy, and this week will be too as we start are travels back to Florida on Thursday. DH's retirement dinner and ceremony went very well last Thursday and Friday. A bit bittersweet, but I am looking forward to the next chapter. It was great seeing our families together again as this is the first time since we've been married!! :noway: All in all......a very special time.
I have managed to workout every day since I have been back in Colorado except yesterday. Actually yesterday marked my first day off of workouts in nearly three weeks! But today was back at it. I have been trying to get two workouts in a day, and today was Lower Body Blast and Supercuts. Good stuff! Well, I must admit all that working out this spring seemed to work as I got so many compliments on my fitness (most especially my arms) from people attending the dinner and ceremony. :noway: :blushing: Slightly embarrassing......but it also made me feel good. :ohwell: Of course, we are eating out every night and even with smart choices, I am beginning to feel all swollen up. So I am looking forward to getting back home, back to my food, and back to my routine.
Tami, I am sorry to hear about the Insane X class. I hope they pick it back up in the fall. And I hope your husband is okay! What a horrible injury. That must be so painful, and I hope he is continuing to improve.
Thelma, I can't believe how soon you are leaving for Ireland!! I bet you are so excited. I hope you have a great time. Congratulations on the continued weight loss. I hope you can find some good shoes soon. I am sorry to hear about the Brooks. Hopefully the Asics will be better.
Michelle, really hope they got your AC fixed! That must be brutal! I can't believe your youngest is already 8! :noway: Where does time go? Sounds like a good celebration. Hope your knee is feeling better!
Laurie, sorry to hear about the thunder storms. We have had our share as well. In fact, there was a very rare tornado warning for the base yesterday as there was a tornado on the ground up in the mountains just west of us. Tornadoes in the mountains are very rare. But we just got lots of rain and thunder/lightening. And cold.
I will check in more when I get a chance. Hope you are all well!

Hi Ladies ~ Nice weekend. . . in between hanging out with DH & his icing I did get some things done with the house, a workout and the spare bedroom ready for MIL when she stays. We also went to a Graduation party on Sat afternoon. Saturday I did Cathe’s Total Body Tri-sets and it felt great  I started feeling some DOMs in my legs yesterday afternoon. They feel good today. I ended up not getting in a workout yesterday :ohwell: I did however take the dogs for a walk. I did that in the a.m. before it was too warm for them & when I got back DH was huddled up in his icing/elevation position on the couch watching baseball so I wasn’t able to get it in. :grumble: Then the day just got busy. Today’s my normal “pm” only workout with FAST after work.
Thelma: Great job getting in the Travel Fit workout! That’s one you are bringing with you on your trip right? Good to have a little preview before then. Sounds like it went good making it your own and doing what you could do there. Spinning was good on Friday, I was glad to get that in before heading home for the weekend. I hope you get just the right shoes with the Asics. You will probably want them for your vacation right? Yahoo on the KT tape and having it stay on plus that it seems to be helping. Well I hope you treated yourself to some pretty undies and some cute outfits for your trip! Yay ~ so exciting!!
Michelle: Yowsa lady! :noway: Sounds like you are busy as ever! I hope by the time you have read this that you’re a/C is up and running just fine. Of course the squat & ab challenge counts ~ you are doing what you can. Hoping you can get into the PT soon and get going with your knee. How is it feeling?
Laurel: So happy to hear from you! I’m glad that the retirement dinner/ceremony went so well and also that you are looking forward to the “next chapter” GOOD ON YA for working out every day. :drinker: Sheesh! That is truly amazing. Makes me feel guilty for missing any workouts, EVER!:blushing: Congrats on the compliments! I am not surprised and I’m sure you were rocking that sleeveless dress. Thanks for the thoughts for DH. He goes in tomorrow back to the Ortho Doctor to see what’s next. He is very anxious for that appt. There is still a lot of swelling but the cut right on his elbow is nearly 100% healed; no bruising either which is shocking to me.
Take care and safe travels back to Florida ~ We will talk to you soon.
Until tomorrow Ladies! :flowerforyou: Tami0 -
Hi Ladies, I trained with the new trainer and he is awesome. If I ever told this guy "kick my *kitten*" like I told Sarah the first day I trained with her he really would've done! LOL Too bad I am injured and can't train with him to the max. I have a session scheduled with him the day after we return from Ireland. I think I will have 2 sessions left after that.
The plantar fasciitis is still there but it's better.
Saturday I did Cathe's Lower Body Blast. I stayed shallow with the lunges and since there were so many of them at times I did other exercises like squats. I did about 170 squats of one form or another during the workout. I was feeling it the next day! Sunday I did my usual spinning.
Michelle, you are one busy lady! WOW! How do you do it? The birthday party sounds like it was a lot of fun! Sorry about your AC! I hope the tech fixed it for you! I hope you're able to find the time to got to PT. When do you see the ortho again?
Laurel, how nice to hear from you! Good for you for not having stopped your workouts during the hectic moving time!
I am so glad your husbands retirement party and ceremony went well! I am sure you were the envy of the party with your beautiful arms! Congratulations! All that hard work sure paid off!
I hope the new ASICS arrive here before our trip.
Tami, great workouts as always. Sounds like you had a great weekend. Sorry about your husband's elbow. Hopefully the ortho will have good news for hi.
I am not sure I will take the Travel Fit DVD with me t o Ireland. I'll just use the gyms are the hotels. I taped my feet last night and I used alcohol wipes. The tape stuck but I put it on too tight. I didn't feel it last night but I felt it today. MY foot was getting strangled! I got the compression socks I ordered from Amazon today. One pair is really good the other pair doesn't offer that much compression. Either that or their S/M size it too big.
I definitely have new cute undies and bras. Nothing new in the outfit department for our trip. When I've been to Ireland it's rarely hot. I've only had one hot day during my two visits. Now that I check the 10 day forecast it looks like the day time temps will be in the mid to upper 60's and nighttime temps in the 50's. Of course there is no humidity and it is so windy at times that it's not going to be warm. They always seem to have north west winds too. I'm thinking pants is the way to go.
Good night ladies!

Hi Ladies ~ Last night’s FAST class was another pretty good one We met the “new” instructor that will be taking over that class. She does a good job; I’ve just had her in a Spin class a couple times. At any rate, she said since it is her class now she is going to be changing things up and welcomes suggestions we may have. So we will see. Sounds like she doesn’t want it to become boring forsure; and mentioned making it more "bootcamp" like. This a.m. was Supercuts + Core and tonight will be Insane X.
I have something every night this week starting tomorrow so I need to take full advantage of my a.m. workouts  (aka: no snooze button days) I decided to change things up for this week and next before I leave for L.A. and do a bunch of circuit, total body and cardio type training. Then when I return we will be right into the new rotation!! :drinker:
DH had a good appt this a.m. for his elbow. The ortho doctor told him he could do an MRI and find out exactly all the damage to the tendons and the bone now … re attach everthing with surgery or wait until this fall. Of course he opted for this Fall after his fishing season is over. The doctor said that was fine but most likely it will just be really sore for a while longer and if it isn’t bothering him too much he will be fine to come back in November. He is going to keep a big thick pad/wrap on it for as long as he feels necessary. Sounds like a surgery is inevitable unless he wants problems down the road or if he ever hit it again he would have to go in forsure. So it is good news and not so good news I guess.
Thelma: Glad to hear you had such a great session with the butt kicker!! :drinker: He sounds tough and really good all in one. Yay. Sounds like you did some good workouts over the weekend! That’s awesome. Again, I’m glad the KT tape is helping and staying put. I found out my Brother-in-law is having horrible situations with his flat feet and is having a cortisone shot put into his heel. OUCH! Plus wearing the boot at night. I told DH to let him know about good insoles too.
I have heard from a couple people that Ireland is never really a “hot spot” and to always be prepared for anything. What day do you guys leave again?
I have to report that DH has totally noticed a difference in Emma and her behavior with the Cosequin Plus I took her yesterday to be groomed and she looks amazing! They were so good to her and they said she did great …. I feel so much better she is prepared for hot days now.
Talk to you tomorrow! Tami0 -
Evening Ladies,
I just finished up Results 10 Days to a Better Body Upper, and Met-Rx 180 Stretch and Refresh. I don't know what happened yesterday, but after I got my hair done, I came home ate dinner and fell asleep. I think all the driving this weekend finally caught up with me. I did manage to get the Lower Body workout done on Sunday, along with 10 Min. Solutions Ultimate Bootcamp Ab Attack.
My youngest 4x200 team didn't make it to the finals at state, but they did manage to break their school record in that race. She was very happy about that. Guess they get their names displayed at the school, until someone comes along and breaks their record. She is also finished with school on Friday, and starts her new job at the garden center on Saturday.
The oldest dd got a new job also, and it is full time. She is excited about having some normal hours.
Tami, I'm glad to hear that your dh is able to wait until the fall, it sure wouldn't be good to have that get in the way of his fishing season. WTG on the workouts, I kept seeing how well you where doing, and getting mad at myself for not getting my workouts in. It should get better around here now that the youngest isn't in school anymore. I was super happy that we where able to see her run. Got sunburn, but it was worth it.
Thelma, Sounds like a great workout with the new trainer. WTG on all those squats! Glad to hear that you PF is getting better, and that you are taking it easy. I don't know how my legs would have felt like after all those squats though.
Laurel, That is great that the retirement party went so well, and that you had your family there too. I'm sure you both will have some adjusting to do, but that just makes it more exciting. How cool to get those compliments on your fitness, that shows how hard you worked. Today was the final installation to fix our cable. That lightening strike we got pretty much took out the cable boxes.
Michelle, I feel for you, and hope that you got your AC fixed quick. Can't imagine those temps without the AC. Sounds like you are super busy. You will be on the mend soon, and kicking all our butts.
Have a wonderful evening,
Laurie0 -
Hi Ladies, PT tonight. That went well. Had to have my shoulder blades adjusted again because the left shoulder keeps wanting to point forward and I feel it. I think my pecs are tight again. BUMMER! I did the spinning bike tonight and was able to push myself a lot harder than I have since I hurt my feet. I did a couple of jumps too for the first time in what seems years! My legs were tired after the spin and I could feel it when I tried to do some squats. OUCH! I also did my abs. I'm working out at home tomorrow and I have no idea what I'm going to do yet.
I have been staying up late preparing for our trip. In the process of trying to figure out what clothes to take I ended up cleaning up my closet! There is a clothes drive at work going on for a charity so it was perfect timing to donate my clothes to a good cause. I am tired though.
It looks like we're going to have amazing weather in Ireland. The weather for the Killarney area shows day time temps as 70-71. I can't believe it. Last year when were there they had one day probably in the 70's and they said that day was their summer time! LOL
Tami, great workouts today. I'm glad you liked your FAST class. Are you OK with the class format changing into a BC style again? I know you liked the BC class so I think you'll love the new format.
I'd forgotten all about your trip to LA! How long will you be gone for?
We leave on Saturday the 14th in the evening and will return on the 20th in the afternoon. I have scheduled a training session with Kevin the trainer I like for Saturday morning. The resort where we'll be staying at the majority of our trip has a Technogym.
I can't wait to check it out. They have a kinesis wall and that thing I want to try. I hope there is someone there to show me how to do it. I was watching some workouts in YouTube and I want to do that soooo bad! I hope there are classes at the resort when I'm there. If I can't have anyone show me how to use this wall I'll have other gym equipment available.

I'm glad your husband is going to be able to wait till the fall for his surgery Tami. It really makes sense to have the surgery rather than wait till the next time he gets hurt.
I feel bad for your BIL! OMG! Cortisone shot on his foot! OUCH! Poor guy! He also needs to work on his calves. He needs to find a way to work out all the knots he must have in there. The best thing for me has been a tennis ball. I just found this video and this is pretty much what I figured out on my own
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nwCvRcASlk
I also started to do these exercises every morning before I get out of bed in addition to my stretching with the strap and they are helping.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kStuJAu0a20
This is the strap

I am so excited about Emma Tami! I've heard wonderful things about Adequan. I'm so glad it's helping your little girl!
Laurie, great workouts! You are one busy mom and you should give yourself credit for all the hard workouts you do. Don't be hard on yourself for missing a workout here and there.
My feet are doing better and I'm so happy about this. Yesterday when Kevin the trainer was stretching my legs I realized that my right calf was still super tight and I couldn't feel it. It was then I realized why my Achilles is bothering me. My heels felt pretty tight too so I started stretching my calves till I got them to relax.
Laurie, I still can't believe I did all those squats! I think I was OK because they were not back to back.
Good night!

Hi Ladies ~ Insane-X was a sweat fest forsure last night :noway: The format was 5 min rounds (so 5 exercises at a minute each) w/ a 30 second water break in between. We did a stretch and warm-up beforehand, which she usually doesn’t do much of. This a.m. was Kelley-Coffey Meyer Plateau Buster. This was one of the two that I bought this winter and hadn’t tried this one yet. I liked it  I ended up going heavier than KCM in most of the exercise (but not all), which made my HR get up there forsure. So all-in-all I am happy with both Plateau Buster & Shape Up. Similar formats on each but Shape Up is faster with tabata drills in between and PB is slower with cardio drills in between. Tonight I am getting my hair prettied up so no Spinning.
Laurie: Must be on the same “hair” schedule! Great job with the workouts. I bet you were tired, driving wears me out. DH can drive & drive and not think anything of it. I get home and feel like I need a nap :frown: Congrats to your DD’s team for beating the record!! :drinker: That’s great and hopefully it won’t be beat for quite some time so she can have her name up there for a while. Sounds like they will both be having a busy summer with work! Is the youngest excited for her job? Thanks on DH’s arm; yes it is a good thing that he can postpone it until Fall. He said he will wear some kind of an elbow brace though so if he bumps it when he is out in his boat he won’t be sent to the moon in pain :noway: It will be a tender spot for a long time I’m sure. Thanks for the kudos on the workouts …. Appreciate that. I always feel like you do amazing workouts too :flowerforyou: I know how that feels when you just can’t get one in for whatever reason (aka: life activities, work, or being MOM) and you want to so bad. Like Thelma said, give yourself credit for all the workouts you do get in forsure …. But I’m glad that it is slowing down for your shuttle bus and activities so you’ll get right back into the workouts. It will feel amazing.:drinker:
Thelma: Great work with PT last night it sounds like. Yes, bummer on the shoulder blade but good that you know what’s happening there and can work on it. How nice you were able to work from home today. Funny how packing can side track a person into cleaning their closet.  That’s amazing you will have nice weather while you are there. I always feel like it is a bonus to have nice weather on a vacation. WOW! This Saturday. I knew it was coming right up. Awesome you will be able to workout and try something new even while on vacation!!
Yes, I look forward to the FAST class changing formats to the BootCamp style and mixing it up a bit. I think it will be a good class. My trip is very quick …. I will only be there from June 19 – 23. My mom and I will be flying into LA on the same day and nearly the same time, I will wait for her and then we will rent a car and head to sister’s. DH will fly in the next day after his work’s big Anniversary event he has to go to. I’m glad he will be there for the weekend anyway. Thanks for the video links, I will share these with my BIL. I don’t think he has done much to try and help his situation so far :ohwell: but I think now he will. It’s hurting a lot.
Thank you for your enthusiasm and support for sweet Emma … I’m feeling so much better knowing she feels better and looks better with her new haircut. Bernie grabbed on to my little 3LB dumbbell this a.m. and marched off with it. I tried to snap a picture but he had already put it down ~ very funny moment! He was hoping my workout was over & it was time to eat breakfast.
Talk to you ladies tomorrow – :flowerforyou: Tami0 -
Evening Ladies,
Rainy and cold today :frown: , got in the Lower Body of the Results 10 Days workout, and then I followed that up with Jillian's Kickbox Fastfix Workout 2. This one works the lower body, so I thought it would be a good compliment to the Results workout. DH and I are on our own tonight, which is happening more and more lately. I suppose that we need to get used to it.
Thelma, I can believe that your legs where tired, you have been working those legs good. Hope that shoulder of yours gets worked out ok, and it starts feeling better. WTG on cleaning out your closet, something that we all have to do. I know that I have a lot of things that I need to get rid of, just don't wear some of them. Sounds like some great weather you will be having in Ireland. DH and I want to get over that way at some point, but visiting England and Scotland.
Tammy, I just realized today that our rotation starts in a little while. I think that I will be starting on that Sunday. I'm looking forward to it. Insane X sounds like a good, but tough workout. I don't have that KCM workout, I should just buy all the workouts I don't have of hers. I have always wanted to do a rotation with just her workouts. Have fun getting yourself pampered tonight, I know that I enjoy that time. I do believe that we do fall around the same time for our hair appointments. I was wondering what your DH would do just in case he hit it, that pain would probably send him through the roof. The reaction that the youngest gives for this job is mixed. I think that she is nervous, but it is hard to tell with her.
You both are right, I should just be happy with the workouts I can get in. I just wish I wouldn't feel so guilty about missing them.
Have a wonderful evening,
Laurie0 -
Hi Ladies, tonight I did a new DVD: Chris Freytag's Walking Cardio ShapeUp. It actually got my heart rate elevated. I liked it and it's a good workout for those days when low impact is needed like tonight! Well I overdid it with with the spinning last night. The PF is acting up on my left foot. It bothered me all day long which got me totally depressed. I massaged at work with the tennis ball every chance I could. I did heat when I got home and iced after the workout. It does feel a little better now. I have PT tomorrow and will spin but not too fast!
My left calf was super tight and it's the reason why the PF is acting up. I could feel the tightness creeping up my calf this afternoon and that is when I knew it was tight. After my workout I did myself a deep tissue calf massage and I found they mega knot on the calf. It hurt trying to knead out the knot. I do feel better so I HOPE I'll better tomorrow morning.
My shoulder is feeling normal again.
Tami, awesome workouts! That KCM sounds really good! I bet you loved the Insane -X class!
The shoulder feels normal again. Hopefully my foot will be better tomorrow.
The new sneakers arrived!!! Just on time for my trip. No breaking in necessary.
Tami, we'll be on vacation at the same time practically! I hope you have a great time.
I am making good progress with packing. At least my tops, sleepwear, socks and workout stuff are all folded up. I've started to work on my toiletries. I have these small containers and I've made a good dent on the little containers I will need. Tomorrow night I'll start the actual packing.
I think the new and improved FAST class will be something you'll love.
I just can't tell you how happy I am about Emma's noticeable improvement. OMG! Bernie is one funny dog! I can't believe he took your hand weight! LOL
Laurie, another fantastic workout combo!! Great job! I hope you enjoyed your kid free time tonight!
I've been working my legs pretty good lately. shoulder is better today. It feels that it's right where it needs to be. I can't tell you how badly my closet needed to be cleaned of all those clothes I've not worn in years. I wish the charity drive will go till the end of the month but it ends tomorrow and I just don't have time to do more "closet cleaning". I hope you and your DH can go to Ireland some day. I really would love to live there. Scotland is another place I'd like to visit some day.
Good night!

Evening Ladies,
I seem to be on the 10 Days to a Better Body kick, so I did the upper body workout again today. I followed that up with Jillian's Kickbox Fastfix Workout 1, which is mostly upper body. I think I will change things up tomorrow, and do the core workout on the kickbox workout. I'm thinking of doing the full 10 days, and that should take me up to my next rotation.
Thelma, I really enjoy Chris Freytag's workouts, well mostly her 10lb Slimdown workouts, and the kickboxing one she did for Prevention. Sorry to hear that the PF was acting up. Glad to hear about the shoulder. WTG on getting all you items organized for the trip. I sometimes tend to procrastinate on those little things, and then you end up running to the store. DH and I had a very nice evening last night. Made some healthy pizzas, and for some reason I want another one tonight. Hope the youngest will be okay with that.
Have a wonderful evening,
Laurie0 -
Hi Ladies ~ This a.m. was High Reps with Cathe …. Tonight is our company BBQ. I would say it is more for the Realtors but she invited staff & spouses too, so that is nice. The weather is a bit on the “iffy” side. Not supposed to rain but cloudy & windy.
Laurie: Sounds like you and DH are slowly moving into being empty nesters :ohwell: I have a friend at work who will be having one of her kids go off to college and she has no idea what she is going to do. She is so close to her daughter and his “lived for her kids” .. her youngest is a boy and will be home for a few more years but she is so close to her daughter. It will be hard I’m sure. I think you would like the KCM workouts; Shape Up does have most of the cardio burst with the step though just so you know. Yahoo for our rotation starting! :drinker:  I figured you guys would start on Sunday ….. I will catch up to you when I return and double up on a day or that following weekend I will be caught up. I’m excited to do that new one.
As many times as I tell myself not to feel guilty when I miss a workout I STILL do :blushing: …. So I’m right there with you on that feeling.
Thelma: Sounds like a good new workout for the stack & perfect for those days your foot might be bothering you. Dang it on that left foot flaring up on you – hopefully tonight it is better. Yahoo on your shoulder feeling normal!! That’s great news. I’m happy for you that your new shoes arrived in time for your trip. Sounds like you are very organized for your trip, always feels good to be ahead of the curve on that vs. packing right before I think. DH doesn’t mind throwing his bag together the day of …. Drives me crazy! I like to know I have everything; but I’ve learned if I start packing too soon I pack too much so I give myself just a couple days ahead. LOL Yes, Bernie is a character forsure ~ gotta love him!
Talk to you ladies tomorrow ~ Tami0 -
Hi Ladies, PT and spinning tonight. My foot was MUCH better today. Now I know that it has to do with mega knot on my calves. I also seem to have caused a muscle imbalance on my left thigh which is making my knee hurt a little. Needless to say I've massaged that area a lot tonight, with the foam roller a massage stick and an Orb ball. Feeling a little better thankfully.
I had quite a stressful day at work because I' know I'm going on vacation and there is too much to do in too little time. By the time I left work I was so tense that I could feel everything on my upper back tightening up. I'm glad I had PT and that Ian the therapist who gives the best massages ever was there.
I lost 7/10 lb for a total of 23.1 lbs. I remember that Laurel told me once I would have to increase calories at some point in time if I hit a plateau which I probably had hit when I was losing every other week. I've been hungrier lately and I don't know if it's because my body is more efficient at burning calories or if it's because I'm stressed out but I've been eating a little more and I'm losing.
I really like Chris Freytag too. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I buy one of her DVD's
Laurie, great workouts tonight! I'll have to check out those "10 days to a better body" DVD's after my vacation because you're on that kick so they must be good. Definitely do the 10 days before you start the rotation with Laurel and Tami.
I usually am good about organizing clothes because I always check out the forecast so I know what to wear. Clothes are organized but the thing that I always procrastinate on and keeps me up until 1AM the night before our trip are my toiletries because by them I'm running around like a chicken with the head cut off and I can't focus on one thing at-a-time anymore. This time I promised myself I wouldn't do that. I still have a couple of little containers to fill up so I'm pretty much done with that part. I've not packed though but I think at this point that would be easier. Our guest room looks like a it exploded. I have suitcases on the floor and stuff piled up on top of a dresser. I'm sure Ray (DH) will give me his stack of clothes in 2 seconds after I ask for it! LOL
Healthy pizzas sound delish so I hope your youngest likes them!! I'm glad you and your DH had a great evening last night.
Tami, I hope you have gun at the BBQ tonight! I bet that High Reps workout is awesome!
Thankfully the foot and shoulders are better. Clearly I need a lot of deep tissue massage. I didn't think my calves were tight at all until I started to have this warmth creeping up my calf. I think I knew then that was the tightness setting in. Such a strange feeling! I was right about it and there was that big knot deep in my calf.
I can't tell you how happy I am about my new sneakers Tami. I have to get ahead of the curve when I'm going to travel or I get too stressed out. DH doesn't pack much so I pack our clothes and he packs his toiletries and whatever he wants to bring on a trip in his carry on. I'm much better about what I pack on a trip but when we go to El Salvador to visit my family then I have to pack a lot just in case.
Good night ladies!

Afternoon Ladies,
Our company has a summer policy that you can leave early on Fridays, so I took advantage of it. I did the Results Lower Body workout and Jillian's Kickbox FastFix Workout 3, which is the core workout. It reminded me of a tamed down Insane Abs. Still ended up sweating buckets. DH and I are on our own again tonight, oldest is working and youngest is at her friends (who is a boy ) she still is not calling him her boyfriend. Hey she is still young, she doesn't have to decide those things yet.
Tami, Yep I do believe that we are headed into that direction. We have to remember what is was like the first five years before we had children, and all the time we didn't spend at home. Of course we were eating out and being with our friends more. I think there is only one couple that has a daughter that is younger than ours. I feel for your friend, that has to be hard. It makes you kind of crazy when you don't know what they are doing when at college. Hope that your company BBQ was fun. I saw that you where going to be going on vacation when the rotation starts. I'm sure doubling up will not be a problem for you.
Thelma, Great news on the foot. WTG on the weight loss, every little bit is a bonus! :drinker: Funny how we want to get as much done at work before we leave on vacation. I just know that there will be a ton of work for me when I get back. Nobody does my job when I am gone. We have one guy on military, and another is getting married next weekend then going on his honeymoon. I will only have to do one report for him, and my boss will probably never be in the office trying to take care of what this young man does. I like the DVD, because they are only 35 min. workouts, and Cindy Whitmarsh does one min of weight work, and one min. of cardio. I use heavier weights than Cindy, just to make sure that I feel the burn.
Have a great evening,
Laurie0 -
Hi Ladies, last night I did Cross Fire. I stayed as low impact as possible but did do some jumping and today my arches are a little achy :grumble: I'm going to do my Chris Freytag's Walking Cardio ShapeUp DVD shortly and I also have to do my 20 PT exercises. Our car service will be here at 4:30 to take us to the airport. I am pretty much all packed up but I still stayed up until 1AM last night doing my usual packing and running around like a chicken with the head cut off. So much for trying organize myself ahead of time! I had two mega distractions in my mind which kept me stepping away from packing. First we could not find my hat and we didn't find it but found another one. I'm bummed out about this other hat though but when DH puts things away we never find them away. I spent a lot of time looking in the attic and in every closet but nothing. Then my Yahoo calendar was no longer syncing with my Galaxy S5 which has been driving me NUTS the last few days. Turns out Yahoo has decided not to support their calendar for Android phones. Is this insane or what? The app I was using for that simply stopped working and the developer thinks it's Yahoo's doing today I downloaded another app and thankfully it worked. What a relief! Now as always I'm worried about my babies and specially my Bella with her asthma and she's always not good at eating for the pet sitter. She'll be OK with the asthma part and I just hope she eats.
Since last year when we arrived at the Shannon airport there was nothing for us to eat for breakfast except some yucky looking pastries I decided to make a lite banana bread for breakfast for us. I found a Chiquita Banana mix and a loaf of bread = 12 servings @ 150 calories each. We'll take a few slices for breakfast. I'm taking my rice cakes and a few small bags of Skinny Pop. I can't take my natural peanut butter because it is in a glass jar so we are taking a jar of the Skippy lite PB which I used to love and now I think it tastes disgusting but I'll survive for a few days with that peanut butter and my rice cakes for lunch. That will help me with the calories since I won't be able to count. We'll be OK for healthy breakfast at the hotel and I am going to make sure lunch is a healthy/lite as possible. Not so sure what will happen for dinner but I'll try to stick with fish.
Laurie, how nice that you can leave work early on Fridays. I have a deal with my boss that I work a couple of extra hours M-Th so I can Ieave work at 1:30 on Fridays. That is when I run most of my errands including food shopping for the following week.
Thanks so much on the nice words about my weight loss and workouts! I was going crazy at work because I'm in 3 high visibility projects at the same time. 2 of them I lead and the 3rd one is my first priority and I'm a technical consultant for that project. The good news is that my boss gave me an award for doing a good job and I got a $400 American Express gift card. We can only use those cards in certain places but I figure this is for my pain and suffering! Normally we end up using the card at the hardware store! LOL
My work won't get done but I had to make sure that the people I lead have their assignments for next week and the team I'm technical consultant for got a brain dump from me so they can start work.
I'm going to miss you ladies! We'll return on the 20th.
Thelma0 -
Helloooooo Ladies!
I can not believe how much time has gone by since I was on here last...wow! :grumble: Let's see...we've been through another foster dog, I start a new job in a week and a half and we're running all the time for hockey and lacrosse. Workouts have been great though! I have a friend that keeps me motivated to get more activity in each day with our FitBits tracking it all!
I'm trying to catch up on everything that has happened, but it will take me some time. Sounds like workouts are going great, everyone is busy with summer activities, but everyone is doing good!
Just wanted to check in quickly before heading off to Lacrosse!
Have a good one!

Evening Ladies,
Besides alternating the Upper and Lower Body workouts from the 10 Days to a Better Body, I have done some of the ACE HiiT workouts with Chris Freytag. I did the Upper, Lower and today the Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This was a nice short, but intense workout. I was sweating, so worked hard. The HiiT workouts are really Tabata, and they where tough and fun. Will be doing those workouts again. I still have not tried the total body or Core workouts yet. Probably will do the core tomorrow.
Thelma, WTG on modifying the Crossfire workout. Have a wonderful time on your vacation. What a nice bonus from your boss. We get those thank you gifts also. I tend to spend them on workout DVD's. Hope you come home from vacation, and the work load isn't too bad.
Erika, So good to hear from you. I just can't imagine having all those activities to go to. I'm complaining just doing dance and track. Congrats on the new job!
DH and I are home alone again, so dinner is going to be nice and simple.
Have a great evening,
Laurie0 -
Hi Ladies
Good weekend of workouts ..... Saturday was STS Total Body and yesterday was Cathe's Afterburn (always a great one)! This photo I changed out is of Bernie with my little 3LB weight that he carried off the other a.m. too funny! Today's workout will be the new FAST/BootCamp class. Interested to see if she changes it up at all this week or not.
Thelma: Have a fantastic vacation!!!! :flowerforyou:
Erika: So great to hear from you! Congrats on getting that new job :drinker:  That's awesome. Anxious to hear all about that when you get a chance. Very nice that you fostered another sweet pup. Sounds like you are busy as always and keeping up with those cute boys of yours. Hang in there!
Laurie: Nice job with the Chris Freytag workouts! Sounds like you really liked them. Those are the new ones of hers right?
Just making sure since I was copying my workout notes today off my computer ... the rotation I sent you that we are doing together is: 4 MONTH STS/LIS/XTRAIN/METABOLOIC ROTATION ~ is that right? :blushing:  Week #1 looks like this right?!?! I couldn't find my e-mail to you so I wanted to double check ....
Week #1:
Wed: STS Disc #1 (Chest, Shoulders, Biceps)/Med Ball Abs-60 minutes
Thurs: STS Disc #3 (Legs)/Extended Stretch-67 minutes
Fri: Crossfire/Core premix-64 minutes
