    Geez I have gotten really bad at posting to this thread. Yesterday was Build back and bis - today shoulders!

    Hey, I did back and bis yesterday, too! I was really supposed to do it Wednesday, but I decided to go to bed. Tonight it's legs, but I'm bummed because I have to do it at home. :sad:

    55 minutes PT session, involving 30 minutes boxing and 30 minutes crossfit style exercises (eg, climbing onto a huge box with a barbell on my back was one of the exercises, and 40 hanging knee raises)

    30 minutes elliptical, interval training level 8.

    Walking.

    just did a 30min kickbox youtube vido, only burned 150cals, couldnt really get going and get into the workout. Feel like I need to do more but might just chill.

    1 hour of Zumba class at 1:30PM, maybe an hour of V-Barre if the class isn't cancelled.

    Today I did a 45 minute cardio kickboxing class. The instructor is dynamite! I go every week and walk out looking like a wet rag ;-)

    Continuing to get my husband more comfortable with biking so did a short 5 mile/35 min. ride tonight; trying to get him up to 10 miles by next Wednesday!

    Today was Day 13 of the 30 Day Shred for me! I work long hours so I really benefit from the fact that it's only 30 minutes each morning. I'm already trying to decide which JM workout I should tackle next!
