    Today I did a 45 minute cardio kickboxing class. The instructor is dynamite! I go every week and walk out looking like a wet rag ;-)

    Continuing to get my husband more comfortable with biking so did a short 5 mile/35 min. ride tonight; trying to get him up to 10 miles by next Wednesday!

    Today was Day 13 of the 30 Day Shred for me! I work long hours so I really benefit from the fact that it's only 30 minutes each morning. I'm already trying to decide which JM workout I should tackle next!

    Intervals on the treadmill. 5 min warm up at 6mph 4 X 1:30 at 7.5mph with breaks of 1:30 at 6mph. Final 3 min ramping up to 8.1mph in 30 sec increments.

    I did yoga for 15 short minutes today, I had menstrual cramps so i didnt push myself hard.

    Today was my leg day at the gym. So trained legs and added some Abs and chest into the workout as well. Still got my cardio to do which will be about 30min treadmill.
