P90X3 Day 31 Yoga (plus a 2.56 mile run).0

Today I did a 45 minute cardio kickboxing class. The instructor is dynamite! I go every week and walk out looking like a wet rag ;-)0

Rode 33 miles.0

30 minutes on elliptical and 20 minutes of weights.0

I biked 21.7 miles in 1:26 - not very fast, but it did involve nearly 1,400 feet of climbing, much of that on dirt roads. http://www.strava.com/activities/1490057470

Continuing to get my husband more comfortable with biking so did a short 5 mile/35 min. ride tonight; trying to get him up to 10 miles by next Wednesday!0

Was supposed to be dynamix, but I played golf and got a 2.5 mile run in instead.0

Today was Day 13 of the 30 Day Shred for me! I work long hours so I really benefit from the fact that it's only 30 minutes each morning. I'm already trying to decide which JM workout I should tackle next!0

AM: 1 mile power walk + 20 mins. upper body workout
PM: 4.27 mile power walk0 -
Intervals on the treadmill. 5 min warm up at 6mph 4 X 1:30 at 7.5mph with breaks of 1:30 at 6mph. Final 3 min ramping up to 8.1mph in 30 sec increments.0

Back & biceps, and some cardio to undo some of the damage from this morning.0

I did yoga for 15 short minutes today, I had menstrual cramps so i didnt push myself hard.0

I was going to go to your page and creep your forum posts to find it, but I kept getting distracted. Ok, tonight I'm really going to try to do this, as long as it's not raining. Gotta earn my banana split. :bigsmile:0 -
Bench press 5/3/1 with shoulder and back accessories for 65 minutes and 8 miles on my bike with the kids.0

Today I did 30 minutes of Fitness Blender Fit and Tight. I was totally soaking by the end. Think I underestimated the calories, but I'm not going to change it.0

30 minutes on the treadmill at a 6.2mph pace. Wish I could've gone longer.0

AN hour of Pilates. 30 minutes on the elliptical, and another half hour of dancing around my living room.0

35 minutes moderate level stationary bike, 10 minutes HIIT on stationary bike0

4 laps swimming out to the sandbar, water jogging to the post & a long walk down to the jetty.0

10 reps each of: Deadlifts, bicep curls, tricep dips, crunches, and ab thrusts. It's not much at the moment, but it's a start!0

Today was my leg day at the gym. So trained legs and added some Abs and chest into the workout as well. Still got my cardio to do which will be about 30min treadmill.0
