My mini goal for valentines day is 7 lbs. That would put me from 196.7 as of monday to 189.7. It would be awesome to be out of the 190's.0

Happy Weekend Everyone: I won't get to the gym today ... I'll pop in my Zumba DVD at some point today to get my daily exercise done ... it will take up less time then heading out ... I have a ton of housework to do and Christmas decorations to take down and laundry to do ... man ... might be less strenuous if I go to the gym :laugh:

I decided I wanted to see if I was losing any weight so I got on my wii fit plus this morning to weight (since I dont have a scale that works right). And I have lost 1.8 lbs since Monday. YAY! Guess this working out to Insanity is working. I know that this type of weight loss will probably not stay around but Im glad for the loss.0

We are glad to have. We report out weight on Mondays. Look back thru and find billybed. We mail our weights to him. He keeps a chart for us.

I would love to get to 285lbs by Valentines Day, which is a loss of 11.5lbs, time to ramp it up :sad:0

I went to a funeral on Friday. I was doing so good all week and lost 7 pounds in like 7 days. Something in my mind convinced me that it was alright to cheat and eat. Like, its not everyday that someone dies. After the funeral there was food and drinks and lovely desserts. Needless to say, I ate till I was sick. I have a terrible stomach to begin with, I have a weak stomach. Im terribly ill today now. Eating right is just good. Good for the mind, good for the body. Why do I sabatoge Myself. Why! Just when I start feeling good about where Im headed, I ruin it. Its the same thing with everything else in my life. I have to fight so hard for everything and when its within reach......I throw it away. Wow, this rant is geared more for a phychiatrist. Thanks for listening.0

I feel the same way about myself. I often wonder how I get anywhere with all the sabotage I do to myself. I'm trying to learn that if I stumble I just need to get started again, and not spend the majority of my time worrying about the mistakes I made in the mean time. This is the hardest thing i've had to do to date and it's not coming easy. I love the support on here and knowing that I have people that understand what I'm going through helps a lot. Did my weigh in today and was down 1 lb. Could have been better but I'll take it. Hopefully next week will go better. Good luck to everyone else this week!0

My weigh-in today is 230.4, down 4.6 pounds from last week. I really kicked it up with my workouts and really watched what I ate - my motivation is back.

first weigh-in as a 40-yr old: sitting right at 178.0 (loss of 1 lb for the week)... I anticipate a plateau as this is my LOWEST ADULT WEIGHT (post WW in mid-2002). Being patient and concentrating on making smart decisions and not letting frustration and impatience take over!0

Down 0.3 pounds. weight for January 10th is 264 pounds. Starting a hardcore diet today. Also, starting to train for half marathon. Need to stay focused and get through the sugar withdrawls this week. I get a terrible headache foe the first couple days of not eating sugar.0

Well I weighed 194.2lbs this morning. Down from 196 last week. I had a lower weight midweek, but I had a long strength training work out yesterday so I think that might have caused me to gain a bit. Because I've been right on on my calories and sodium all week, and 12 glasses of water everyday.0

Down 2 lbs this week to 203, which I think is pretty amazing considering!
I am in the process of moving in the next month to .... I have no clue where! That has me stressed beyond belief and I haven't made it to the gym even once since before the holiday because of vacation and then time constraints. By my birthday though all should be done and my life should be getting back to some simile of order. (that's feb 21st).
I'm really sorry i haven't been on here like I should. I'll try to get on a lil more frequently.0 -
AHHHHHHH I am at 150, 3lbs down since last Monday. I am pound away from my first mini goal of getting out of the 150's. Hopefully I will be in the 140's by our next weigh in.0

The scale finally moved. Only 1lb but it moved.0

The scale didnt move that much but it did move! im down only .5lb since last week (214 to 213.5). its a wake up call to definitely kick it into high gear if i want to reach this goal. Good luck everyone!0
